Mal atendimento dos funcionários, falta de vontade de ajudar o cliente, sem serviço de levar o cliente até o aeroporto, nem podem ligar para alguma agência de táxi , somente o próprio cliente pode ligar e pedir, muita falta de atenção. Sou cliente antigo, mas será minha última hospedagem neste estabelecimento.

fiquei sabendo depois da confirmação que o hotel cobrava estacionamento, o certo seria no ato da reserva. Nesse caso não teria feito a reserva. Achei que não foram muito transparentes.

Localização e a condição de poder deixar o carro por um período maior com Pagto.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

On their website the hotel states that they have a transport from the airport (despite the hotel being 800 meters walking distance from it). I wrote to the hotel to get information about the transfer a week before my trip and I got no response from them. We arrived at the airport at 11 pm and discover that the hotel is near, but walking there with luggages is really hard as the road is full of holes and there is no pedestrian crossing. At the airport the security was very nice. They told us they would call the hotel and get us a transfer because it was not safe crossing. The hotel replied that their transfer was not available. So the airport called a taxi but the taxi did not want to take us for literally one minute drive. As a result, we had to walk on a two way street full of holes (our luggages fell several times!) without pedestrian crossing at night. Once we arrived to the hotel nobody apologized. Honestly, we booked the hotel to be conveniently located near the airport and this was not convenient at all.
