A very old house with squeeking wood floors. This house tells you a story. Great place to stay in Andenes. Quiet in the night no noise to be heard even the window frames must be 100 years old :D Cozy place

The owner was very patient and accommodating. The accommodation was clean, warm and cosy, but also spacious.

The position of the house.

I stayed two nights in August 2022 with my wife. All in one, we were extremely disappointed. The room and bathroom we were given were not shown on the web site (at least we could not find it, even after staying), and, in my opinion, they were of a much older and lower standing. Our bathroom had such a low ceiling I could not stand in front of the sink (I am 1.80 m tall). It had no shower, while a second (common) bathroom with a shower had the only entrance door from the kitchen. Our room was on the second floor and it was poorly insulated, so that we were hearing the conversations of people standing in the living room (just below) and in the neighbouring room, making difficult to sleep. Morevore the owners did not answer to a phone call and an email message during our two days stay, in which we were asking to fix one of the only two lamps in the room.

Cute place, like staying at a charming museum. Our host was great and most helpful.

The room could use more internal light during the night, and on the other hand, more opaque curtains against sunlight.

Very confortable and well located. This is spacious and cosy !
