When exiting the property on the left hand side for the first time we have scratched the bottom of our sedan to the point of getting stuck just where the lane meets the road. There is a hump and a depression there. We had to back out. It should not be like that. You cannot expect people to only drive vehicles with higher clearance. We had to exit the property on the right hand side instead where they had orange poles standing probably marking the entry to the property. The bathroom was quite old. There were no shampoos/conditioner provided. The reception was not attended. We came there a couple of times as we were seeking some information.

Despite the dated look the room was clean and more modern than the exterior. The rate was reasonable for the location.

If the restaurant is closed and doesn’t look like opening during a persons stay, please advise them of this. We were looking forward to dining at the property and were let down on arrival midweek and on the Friday night.

Basic breakfast available - toast, cereal, yoghurt, tinned peaches. Views to the lake are nice. Good air conditioning/heating.

There was an insect on the bath mat. The cleaner came in to service the room and picked up the bath mat and put it back on the rack, instead of giving us a fresh one.

Lack of customer service and zero connection!

Nothing. Difficult to describe. Run down and unkempt exterior and grounds. No management or staff on premises. Diabolical tiny bathroom. Bed was reasonable. Strategy to survive - laugh at the absurdity of the place.

Breakfast was pretty standard, pancake machine was great. Large spacious room

In the room: The door frame for the balcony was warped badly 30mm at top, letting bugs and cold air in and the door had no way of locking. Bathroom sink and shelf was very hard to use, without spilling water everywhere, could do with a larger mirror
