Freundliches Personal bei Check-in und Check-out, gute Lage in der Nähe des S+U Hermannstraße, beheiztes Zimmer, verdunkelnde Vorhänge für die Nacht

Nur 1 Haken im Bad, kein extra Handtuch für Hände, außer im Bad kein Spiegel (dass man sich mal im Ganzen betrachten kann), nachts hellhörig bei Geräuschen auf dem Gang, Inneneinrichtung des Zimmers ohne Flair, daher schwer sich wohl zu fühlen.

it was very clean and super close to a U station so easy to get in and out of the centre

it was so hot and with no air con we also were told we could have a vegan breakfast we just had to let them know. we did this, only to come down in the morning to be told we could have a bread roll and some avocado. a refund wasn’t offered so we had to ask. it was a bit uncomfortable but they did refund us.

Convenient Location,

The card reader to parking garage did not work so had to phone to get someone to open gate. Room (004) smelt musty. It seemed expensive for the quality of the room.

The neighborhood and the surrounding area is very lively and has lots of options for food and drinks, etc. Until late in the evening.

The location is very far from the city as well as is slightly far from the Brandenburg Airport. Taxi costed me 50EU so it was quite expensive. The bed for a single room, is the SMALLEST bed I have ever slept in a hotel / motel. Do not recommend.

Room is clean, and well ventilated. Location is prime, but surrounding doesn't look very safe for female tourists.

The free wifi is not good (I have to buy the 24hr wifi good for 1 device only for me to work), the value of the room is okay even without the breakfast but at least for the wifi, it is included. Also, there are not much of toiletries (only tissue, soap and shampoo), there are no slippers around, or cleaning buds.

Good location, comfortable room, kind staff. Everything was clean and simple, very satisfied with my stay.

Better mattress, more space to keep belongings (the open closet was really small), seemed like fan in bathroom wasn’t really doing anything.

Cleanness was good and the bed was comfortable. District area was not crowded and quite close to the S Bahn station.

The Internet connection was not quite good.

Good location, close to two underground stations. Nice modern and clean room, bed was comfy and TV was a good touch.

Wifi wasn't great

The Best think about this accomodation is location. 2min away of hotel you can catch two different metro lines and bus station for some lines is in front of the hotel. Also you have good connection with the airport even if you need late night start. Room and bathroom were very clean and big enough.

Very nice room, clean and nice bathroom, comfort bed. Breakfast was good.

Little cold in the room

Toilets are newly renovated, and the bed for the single room was large and comfortable. Airport is just half an hour away by S-Bahn, and the train station is a 7 minute walk away from the property, so this is convenient for travelers flying in and out of Berlin.

The heaters in my room were slightly noisy

Comfortable room, good position at 5 mins walking from metro and train.

Wifi unacceptable, breakfast not booked because too much expansive IMHO.

location is about 5 metro stops from Alexandeplatz, with multicult people
