We always return to Daylesford and rebook this property. Amazing. Roberta and Michelle are so hospitable and the studio is divine. So close to everything you need.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Impressions.
Roberta was so welcoming and went out of her way to make our time there comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the paintings which added so much to the ambience of the studio. The position is perfect for strolling down to the town centre in a few minutes. Evenings were a highlight sitting by the wood fire.
We highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay in this lovely studio, attention to detail was exceptional. Beautifully presented room with flowers and port and chocolates to enjoy. Only a couple of minutes walk to town so was an ideal location. Had a nice relaxing time.

This is our fourth stay at “Impressions” - we always look forward to staying there when in Daylesford and it never fails to disappoint. From Roberta’s personal welcome, to the fresh flowers, pantry supplies and cleanliness and comfort of the studio, we cannot recommend “Impressions” highly enough!

The accommodation was very comfortable with a warm log fire and reverse cycle A/C. Only criticism - for elderly guests the spa bath shower is a hazard as there's no hold rail.

Beautiful perfectly located cottage - a short walk to restaurants etc. Roberta met us on our arrival and had the fire going for us! Really appreciated the many little “extras” provided in the cottage and the beautiful art work on display.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Can highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Daylesford and the property we stayed in was perfect. So close to town and the main shopping & restaurant district everything was within easy walking distance. Roberta was a fantastic host who from time to time would check in to see if we needed anything which was much appreciated. The place was immaculately clean, comfortable with everything we needed.

Impression of the property. Very clean and comfortable. Warm and inviting. with the fire going. Every detail thought of. It was nice and handy to the town centre. Roberta had so much advice and was very approachable. Nice to stay in an "art gallery". Loved the paintings.

My husband and I have just had the most amazing weekend away in Daylesford, made all the better by Roberta's hospitality. The studio was warm, homely and had everything we need. It was so well-positioned and close to everything. We are so grateful for the time away and our stay. Thank you.

Great location, wonderful hospitality.
We were welcomed by Roberta who was warm, friendly and took time to get to know us a bit. The property was perfect for two - classic style, cozy and classy. We even had a crystal decanter of port provided! Located walking distance to everything but nice and quiet. Would go back next week if we could!

The proximity to everything Daylsford has to offer was the biggest bonus. The appartment was clean, cosy and had more than what we needed. The fire was already burning when we arrived as well as port, chocolate and what we needed for breakfast. The people we welcoming and lovely.

My partner and i had a wonderful two days staying at the impressions studio. The wood fire gave it a very warm and homely atmosphere, especially in the middle of winter. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

We were extremely well looked after!
Our expectations of the accomodation were well and truly exceeded. The place was spotless and the location fantastic (a very short walk to the main street), but it was the little 'extras' that blew us away: breakfast provisions, chocolates, biscuits, sherry, candles, fireplace fully set up ready to go, lovely flowers in the main room and beautiful artwork on the walls (painted by the owners). We definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location. Lovely and cosy. Bed was very comfortable with beautiful sheets. We had all that we needed for a delish breakfast. Wish we had another day so we could have used the spa!
