ロケーションが良かったです。

We liked the location for easy access to Trains ,Pacifico,The main shopping complex . The breakfast buffet was excellent ,the view from our room was unforgettable and the bed was fantastic . We will definitely be back.

The only thing that we found fault with was the fact that a person to person booking service for the limousine bus service that is in your brochure was none existent, when we asked about booking a pick up from the hotel to Narita airport we were handed a piece of paper with a QR code to book it online . We could not access this as we only had in room internet connection by this time so we ended up getting a taxi to YCAT

The room was clean and spacious . Location is good, being connnected to Queeens square and on the Haneda shuttle bus route.

The room colour scheme was old fashioned and dull. There are no hooks to hang clothes on even in the bathroom.

Everything is good. Friendly staff and near to train station. Highly recommended

The location and the view were great. The staff friendly and main areas very enduring.

The carpet had marks on it, the bed was hard and there were not different price points for food.

滞在中からチェックアウト時に於いて、全てにおいて普通で良かったと思います。眺望も素晴らしく、高層階で部屋の端に観覧車も見え、そして静かな部屋なため、しっかりと熟睡出来ました。

これは難しいところだと思いますが、客室の最終チェックで見逃された、浴槽内の底にあった、知らない人の髪の毛1本を見つけたときはさすがに、閉口してしまいました。今回髪の毛1本だけなので敢えて報告するのもやめました。
