Location is very good. Close to the beach and shopping centre.

The air conditioning in Roses during the summer is a must-to, and this department has it on the living room and also on the bedroom, allowing you to sleep very well and staying fresh during the day. The balcony, even if it's small it's nice to have a quick bite while enjoying the view to the mountains. The apartment location is not that bad, close to the beach and not too far away from the city center so you can do almost everything by foot. There were enough sheets and towels to change them (yourself, no room service) if/when needed. The kitchen has everything to cook if you're interested in doing that.

The apartment has no internet which is specified in the page and normally it wouldn't be a huge deal IF there was good cellular signal, but there is almost none! Tried with the 3 main phone providers for Spain (Orange, Vodafone, Movistar) and struggling to get 1 signal bar. If you need internet for anything then do not come here, but if you like to live in the caverns with no connectivity then this will work well. The apartment is on a third floor without an elevator which makes it complicated to bring up the luggage and it gets old after a few days of climbing up and down. The door to the building has to be kept locked and it worked for a few days but after a while it broke and nobody fixed it, so the main door was unlocked for the rest of the stay. The most terrible experience I had and this is why I give this apartment such a low score is because the parking, even if it's great to have a dedicated/closed space to park your car it's a few blocks away from the apartment but in order to get to it you need to open a door with a remote control they provide you. This worked well for a few days, but then on Thursday night I had to go to the Barcelona airport to bring my partner for an emergency flight to London due to a family situation and then when we arrived to the parking the door wouldn't open, no matter how many times and how many buttons you pressed on the controller, it just didn't work. I tried to communicate to the rental agency and they only had WhatsApp available, didn't accept calls and never answered the messages. We had to end up PAYING A TAXI to Barcelona airport which costed 250 € ! Totally unacceptable, and the next day when the agency did respond they said literally "the controller we provided works and nobody else has reported any malfunction", like if I was lying or something!

Apartment was superb, very clean and nice with lovely view. Location magnificent. Very quiet. The host was very professional and we didn't have any complaints.

Huge appartement, just 350m from the beach and promenade. Locked Parking just 300m away from the appartement.

The appartement is on the 3d floor, without lift. It was abit of efforts to bring all our bags to the appartement :)
