The apartment was very close to the Colosseum. Also close to the train station.

perfect location. Spacious. spotless. very comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms were beautiful. Host was lovely. Great to be able to store our luggage nearby.

The location was excellent. Many restaurants and cafes at a close walk. The Colosseum was a few minutes walk. We came with 4 kids and they loved the bedrooms and their own TV for watching at night after we were all exhausted.

If location is your non negotiable, this is the place for you… and maybe one other person. it was in a great location, close to fantastic restaurants and sights
The property was smaller than we expected, it didn’t have a washing machine as described on the site, there was no microwave to heat our left overs, had to request toilet paper as only 1 roll was provided for a 4 night stay and the building was very loud. It was over priced for what we got

The location was excellent, with a lot of nice restaurants and bars nearby, the apartment was really spacious and clean. The host provided us with early check-in and late check-out (we could leave our bags untill later in the day for our flight).
The hot water pressure in the room could be a little better, and also, it was a little cold in the apartment over the night (I guess it has to do with the EU regulations about energy saving).

There was an separeted bathroom for every room. Stylish elevator to the fifth floor. Windows to the street and roman style shades.
There was no living room and a quite small kitchen, therefore it's best only to go to sleep there. Also a modest number of drinking glasses and hooks to put on clothes were a little uncomfortable.

3 Huge bedrooms each with their own smart TVs. after spending the day together it was nice that we all had a private comfortable space to relax in. our hostess was always available to help via WhatsApp definitely a good place to travel as a group.
Could not beat location. Easy access to restaurants,,
hop on hop off buses and taxis.
Please make sure there are enough toiletries. Nothing worse than going to a place and have to go shopping to pick up toilet paper.

The view, the location, the elevator, the lighting concept. Private bathroom for each of both rooms.
Missing wardrobe facilities. Bad water pressure - shower head was poor. No hooks for towels etc.

Location just perfect, next to all bus stops (also the hop on/off busses). Good choice of restaurants around the apartment and decent prices. Also, opportunity to see Colosseum at night when all the lights are on (5mins walk).
Not much and nothing that bothered our stay. Water pressure in both bathrooms very weak when trying to take shower.

This property was fabulous, central, spacious and very safe. The host was amazing she very helpful. I will stay here again for sure. Literally a 60 second walk from collusium.

The appartement was great! Newly renovated with air conditioners in every room (great since I had my menopausal stepmom with me) and TV's in every room (also great since my father is a senior citizen and got tired of walking so much)! The kitchen was beautiful! The washing machine had a bit of laundry detergent in a bottle so I didn't have to go out right away to buy some. Restaurants on the same street a 24h carrefour market on the next street. The balcony and the big bathrooms.
The shower head litterly dripped slowly through 4 water holes in one bathroom while the second bathroom's shower head dripped through 2 and leaked the rest out of the hose leading up to the shower head.

Spacious room, very comfortable. Bed was amazing. Had a joint kitchen with other apartment and was very useful
The location was difficult to find at first as of doesn’t match to the location on here - after ringing 3 times and a 40 min wait. We were finally directed too and taken up to our room!
