Pools were pretty nice, breakfast was the full large spectrum with good quality. This I cannot put as a negative side, but the staff was so polite and service friendly that we, as northern europeans, felt at times a little puzzled when everybody called us "sir" and "madam", opening doors for us, greeting every time we went across each other etc.. so service was definitely very good, but we are just not used to that and felt strange :)

The only major minus is the location overall. Nearby shopping mall provides some activities, but there are no major nature tourist spots or other interesting activities outside the hotel besides eating out or shopping in the shopping mall.

I love the location, close to shopping and restaurants. Staff are very accommodating and nice.

Staff are excellent, very courteous, helpful and welcoming. Love the facilities and the surrounds are very well maintained. Pool area is very nice. Good coffee and breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

A bit disappointed that when we got in the room after a big day outside, it wasnt made up.

the place is nice including all facilities but the water heater is not working well and the mini bar not much but the rooms are clean.

see above and the airport cost is a little expensive considering we’re booked in the hotel.

On September 15, 2022 around 4pm, we checked in at Seda Hotel Nuvali. We were given a room as well as the key. We went to our room to freshen up. Around 5pm, we went out to dinner with the family. After dinner, we went back to our hotel room, to our surprise, upon entering the room, we found out that someone has already occupied our room. My make up bag went missing including 2 of our expensive items. We spoke to the front desk (Anela Pablo) and the only resolution she gave us was to transfer to another room. She thought that transferring to another room and apologizing will work. Then I demanded to speak to her manager (Niel Inocentes). They had me wait for more than 10 minutes just to talk to him. It is almost midnight here and as of this time, there is no resolution. Please be cognizant of your privacy when booking your hotel stay at Seda Nuvali. Guests won’t know if they over booked the room until you find that someone has already invaded your privacy. This property does not value customer service nor the privacy of their guests. This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel but your privacy is at risk by them letting a total stranger occupy a room that you’re checked into.

Breakfast not the same prepandemic

The people were great, and everything you expect is there. They grant every little request and were above and beyond. I asked for a welcome note to my wife and they gave a tiny cake with it. The pools are nice. Breakfast is also good.

We were supposed to check in at 2 but an hour passed before we can even go up the room. Checkout time is not adjusted. The person on the front desk should also be careful with the information because he asked me and my wife about a different card he thought we used to book, while it is in the record that we used the same card we showed him. Maybe that’s why they’re quite inefficient in checking in and out. If you’d change the process or person in front (the one in the small table who checks everything who should delegate to the rest of those in front of the counter) then the check in and check out time could be better. The hotel also needs a little thorough, deep cleaning with couches and carpets. It looks a bit dated.

I lreally enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Restaurants are nearby if you prefer to eat outside. The breakfast was great and my daughter enjoyed the pool.
