Everything you could ask for was provided and I mean everything. Kay had informed us that she would be away the first week we were there but that she would contact us when she returned. She texted us when she got home and asked if she could come over to meet us and ask if there was anything we needed. She was very pleasant, as were the neighbors in the other units near us. would definately recommend this unit.

Had the chance to stay at this wonderful condo for the week of 1/21-1/27. So much thought was put into this unit and it truly was home away from home. All the necessities (and more) were waiting for us. Clean, loaded kitchen, extra bedding and towels. Along with beach chairs & umbrellas. The unit is across the street from beach and we also had use of Sunset Chateau's heated pool. Did my major shopping at the Walmart and specialty items at the Publix. Ka Tiki is walkable as is 7-11 in case you need Amazon delivery. Condo is in the quiet part of TI but that made it even better. You truly feel part of the neighborhood. We did get the chance to meet Kay (our property owner) and that made the experience even more personal. She had great recommendations for restaurants along with very helpful additional information. Very clean and kept up. Owner provided things you may forget when traveling and the people staying in the other units some long term are super nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend . VRBO additional charges and cleaning charges are high. We booked last minute so we paid I feel a premium for everything next time I will book early and shop value.

We stayed for the month of November, 2023 and absolutely loved it. I thought it might be too small at 480 square feet, but I was wrong. It was perfect for me and my husband. Plenty of room for all of our needs. There was a pull out couch so someone else could have stayed too but that would be too small for my likes. Also, the pull out couch was not the best but the owner said she was replacing it soon. Anyhow, it is so close to the beach. Literally just steps, plus there is a nice view of the water from the unit. You can be cooking in the kitchen and watch the sunsets. It is closer to go home to use the restroom or get a snack than I have ever been. Sunset beach is down this little peninsula so even though it is right next to Treasure Island it has a different vibe. Not as touristy. I was told that is where the locals go. It had a very chill vibe which we liked. The beach is very narrow here so very short distance from the sand to the water. This was also great! It could become a problem if it is busy it may be hard to find spots on the small beach but we were there during a slow time and had plenty of room. There are two bars walking distance, one that had live music every night and was tons of fun. Older crowd but we are older! The unit itself has literally everything you need. So well appointed, very very clean and so cute. Communication with the host was great, she even came and met us the first day.

My husband and I stayed four days at Kay's place and it was a very pleasant, relaxing experience. The rental was very clean, nicely decorated, and very functional for the two of us. Kay was exceptional with her communication from day one and met us at the property when we arrived. We have stayed on Treasure Island a few times before, but at the main tourist hotels. Kay's place is off the main drag, located in a quieter area among residential homes, and right across the street from the closest beach. This made for nice morning and evening walks, touring all the other beaches close by. Also within walking distance, but not too close, is a popular neighborhood tiki bar with great live music and a quintessential beach restaurant with a direct view of the beautiful gulf coast sunsets. We will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. Thank you, Kay!

Wonderful property and wonderful owner!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, IMMACULATE one-bedroom unit on the first floor. We weren't sure what we would find, as we were flying in shortly after Hurricane Idalia. Although that particular beach area was affected (the larger condominium portion across the street), our unit wasn't affected. The only thing was that we weren't able to use the pool because of hurricane damage. Our host, Kay, met us when we arrived and made us feel so welcome! The condo had so many thoughtful and useful touches! Everything we needed, and beyond, was provided (abundant linens, kitchen items, beach chairs, etc.) The condo was fully updated and super comfortable for us as a couple. The beach and beautiful gulf views were directly across a little street, directly in front of the unit. (If you open the front door or sit at the little outdoor patio area, you can look out at the beautiful gulf views!) My hubby told Kay I had recently celebrated my 60th Birthday. The day after we arrived, she brought over a delicious home-made cake! We were so touched by that especially kind gesture. We are looking forward to returning as soon as we possibly can. This was our third stay at Treasure Island, but our first stay at Kay’s condo. Not only did the condo exceed our expectations, but Kay herself, was so very kind and accommodating. She has thought of anything and everything that one could possibly need for the perfect getaway. We wouldn’t change a thing about our time spent on the island, and we cannot wait to return again soon! Highly recommend! :)

The was perfect size for my daughter and to get away. It was was just as described…so close to the beach, very clean and had every thing needed for the week including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and even noodles. The beach as not crowded and very close to St. Pete Beach so with just a few minute drive we could visit other beaches. Kay was a great host! Even when she was away on her own vacation she checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was ok and answered every question we had. We will definitely return!

We really loved the unit and found it to be convenient to restaurants, stores, & Spring Training stadium. The unit had everything we needed from bath towels, sheets, beach equipment and the kitchen had all the essentials necessary for the week. It was nice to sit on the front porch looking over to the Gulf. We feel we found the perfect spot for our winter getaway.

This condo was absolutely perfect. My husband, son, and I stayed for a week thinking we would also go to St. Pete and Clearwater, but Sunset Beach was so nice that we didn’t go to any other beaches. Kay is an amazing hostess, and the condo was spotless and had everything we needed and more. We will be back next year.
