Location,

There’s no service after 21h which is nightmare because in my first day I didn’t get to checking on time, the customer service were bad, nobody to help I were in the country where I don’t know anybody. I had to go for 2 nights in another hotel more expensive.. because it later requested..

The location was very good and the staff was excellent. Specially the breakfast was excellent.

The location is good, easily going to Geneva in a 15 min train or 30 min tram. The terrace was nice and the AC was also very good

They didn't really take about the bathroom cleanness, It seemed clean but was smelly. Also they didn't change the wet towels and they made the beds very roughly. Also they close the first floor, reception and terrace at 11 pm so after that time you can't use the common areas

Close to restaurants, comfortable bed, hot shower. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Needs maintenance - bathroom sink didn't drain, cracked window etc - and a thorough clean - mould in bathroom, piece of glass or plastic on floor.

The room could have been cleaner (carpet) or footwear could have been provided

The hotel is in a great location near to the train station in Annemasse. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms are simply furnished but very clean had everything you'd expect. Only a short journey from Geneva, the hotel was perfect for a reasonably priced one night stay so I could catch an early train the following morning.

friendly staff and great location

Some areas were quite dirty - window and window sill, corners in the room and bathroom. The shower had a clogged drain which made showering a pretty unpleasant experience.

Excellent room, incredible Italian shower 🚿. Perfect confort, tv channels , huge spaces. Very nice breakfast.

Evening dîner to be performed. No choice, very small offer. The food around the hotel is very low class.

Good location for Geneva

Room too warm, they only switch air con on in summer. With the central location it was sometimes a bit noisy, sirens, car horns and shouting. Room had an unpleasant odour aswell as smelling of stale cigarette smoke. Two of the coat hangers were dirty. Bathroom items not readily replaced.

Good location. Quite late check out.

I was charged a tax upon arrival even though it said in my reservation that this had been already paid by Booking.com. The room was not clean. There were few towels and they were dirty.

No water in the bathroom, no power to charge a phone.

NOT RECOMMEND!!! This has never happened to me in any hotel, I was ROBBED. I left my things in the storage room and when I returned, one precious thing simply was stolen. The staff showed no interest or willingness to help find the lost item. I have been writing emails and calling to manager of hotel for weeks to get some compensation and solve somehow this unpleasant situation, unfortunately I did not get any answer. What happened is shameful and I warn everyone not to stay in this place unless you want to lose your belongings.
