Couldn't work out the tv channels

I wish I had contacted the motel direct - there was no indication that the room was upstairs. As you get older, stairs after a long drive are not that easy. The location is good and we went over to the river for a drink at sunset -- very nice.

When we found we were upstairs we tried to pay extra for a ground floor unit, but because we went through a third party booking and pass the cancellation time they were not prepared to move us around -- and the motel was not full.

Free mini bar, great view of the river. Nice soft bed. I liked the sink in the loungeroom.

Small bathroom, toilet paper was behind you which was hard to access. Room was freezing when we turned up as window was open. Im guessing it was as there was a musty smell. Shower was terrible as hot water kept cutting out and basically had a cold shower. Room was too small for 2 suitcases. An extra sink in bathroom would have been nice. At 5am my husband was woken up as the phone was on the floor, knocked off the hook beeping. Im unsure why it was on the floor. Neighbours were very noisy as well. People outside could be heard from the room as well.

Great spot, value was good the staff cleaned daily and refreshed the complementary mini bar which was a real bonus after a long day outside. Room was new and presented very well, there was plenty of room.

I did select that I needed the spare bed made up however it didn't get through to the hotel staff (maybe it was something i didn't select) When I rang just to confirm earlier in the day the lady was quite short saying she needed more notice... they did leave the linen in the room and it was easy to set up so all good however the response took me by surprise. When we made up the spare bed and pull out the couch we found dust rubbish and a spare remote, so a clean under there from time to time wouldn't hurt, it certainly wasn't a deal breaker though.

Love the restaurant and love that the mini bar is re stocked daily at no charge

We stayed in room 146 and there was no blind on one of the windows next to one of the single beds so that made it difficult for my kids to sleep and they woke up really early because it was so bright in the room. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned very well either and we had no extra toilet paper in the room.. I have stayed here about 5 times now and have never had any issues like this so hopefully it was a once off

Large clean room, very comfortable king size bed and well maintained tidy bathroom. Nice toiletries. Complementary mini bar an unexpected surprise

Stairwell to second floor a bit narrow. Would be difficult if you had large suitcases, multiple bags ect.

We were in the Deluxe room which shows on booking.com with two beds, but the hotel has changed over the years which now it’s a king size bed & a pull up chair…so the pictures on this website needs to change or Berryhotel needs to contact them because it is false advertisement especially calling the room Deluxe with 2 beds…anyways besides all that we enjoyed our stay very comfortable & spacious & kids enjoyed the pool😊

Very quiet and comfortable room. The staff went out of their way to put me in a room on the ground floor so I could park in front of my room. One of the best Porterhouse steaks I’ve eaten in their restaurant.

Our room was modern, well designed, clean and in a great position.

Apartment was beautiful. Staff servicing the apartment were great, lovely and accommodating. Was the most comfortable bed that we have stayed in, in any place that we have traveled to. The Meals purchased from your restaurant were excellent, very delicious, we had takeaway in our room. The views from the balcony room was beautiful.

The internet kept dropping out and/or was like dial up speed at certain times. I was working from my room, which made this difficult. One of the blinds was fixed by the maintenance man but only lasted the afternoon before it fell again. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the room for the 6 night stay

Desk & breakfast Staff we're great. Bed was excellent. We appreciated the bar fridge bits.

There was a serious leak from the shower (source was unclear) that kept the carpet outside the bathroom wet for the duration of our stay. We had to attempt to soak up the water with towels which was a pain _ step around the wet area when entering & leaving the bathroom.

The location was spectacular, directly opposite the Murray River, close to cafes, supermarkets and the township. The bed was very comfortable, reading lamps were perfect, excellent amount of power outlets no need to juggle chargers etc. We dined in the bistro for lunch and dinner and there is a good selection to choose from if you have no dietary issues. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Bistro could offer a few more options for dinner that accommodate food intolerances. 3 of the 6 who ate suffer from intolerances to gluten dairy onion garlic brassicas so it made it difficult to order something to enjoy.
