While the hotel's cleanliness could benefit from some improvement, it currently falls short of the desired standard. The staff responsible for room cleaning would greatly benefit from enhancing their service. By dedicating more attention and effort to maintaining a pristine environment, the hotel can ensure that guests feel more comfortable and satisfied throughout their stay. One significant issue is related to the parking facilities. While the hotel's listing advertises the availability of parking spaces for guests' cars, the reality is quite different. Upon arrival, I discovered that the promised parking is non-existent. Instead, they advised me to park my car on the street, which can be inconvenient and potentially unsafe.

The bar area with pool table and foosball was great. Our bartender was super attentive and made our afternoon fab. The food was delicious and the chef made us pasta that wasn't on the menu for us. Room was comfortable but a little hot.

We got a message 2 days before check in giving us 14 hours to pre-pay or our booking would be cancelled, but with no details on how to pay. I wasn't impressed and said as much, and then got another message saying a mistake had been made. Upon check in, we did get a room upgrade (I think as a way to apologize) so it turned out alright in the end. But that was a bit of unneeded stress, especially as we were travelling at the time.

Incredibly helpful and cheerful staff who made everything we wanted to do a bit easier. Decent breakfast, comfortable room and a pool.

the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful, the room was spacious, well equipped, and with a wonderful view all the way to Israel. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel! Great value for money too.

No hot water at the breakfast! Only one type of tea, black ! We croos entire groudfloor to obtain from the bar another type of tea!

The staff were friendly, the rooms are clean, the room was upgraded for free by the hotel management, the food is delicious and the place is quiet , big thanks for the housekeeping Shara she was polite & cleaned the room very well

It was an exceptional stay, the staff were extremely nice and helpful especially Sewar and Ahmad Haddad from Reception.

The staff is excellent and really professional. They tried to help in any matter needed. A special thanks to Ahmad.

For a 5 star hotel it could have better conditions, the rooms need a renovation. House keeping should only start after 10 am, if you want to rest it's very difficult.
