location excellent Roberto was excellent and helped us arrange transport to and from airport via Carmela

electrical wall sockets were 3 prongs with only 1 adapter air conditioning in living room didn’t work

better than photos here. very nice property in such a good location. owner Robert gives all possible support. highly recommend

no lifts but it is ok

Amazing location - so close to the Pantheon, restaurants, shops etc yet down a very quiet street with no traffic or other city noise. Roberto was an amazing host. Our first flight was cancelled and our second flight delayed very badly but he stayed up late into the night to ensure we could check in. There was a small problem with the plug in the sink later in the week and he fixed it straight away. The flat is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay (two adults and two young children) including for preparing meals in the flat when the children were tired.

It was all perfect for us!

Roberto's flat is very well located in the historical centre of Rome. Almost all major attractions can be reached in less than 20 minutes walking. It is well furnished and spacious for a family or friends. Roberto also gave us valuable information for our stay.

The location is very convenient, Good cleaning and well equipped.

In one of the showers is weak water pressure.

Owner's kindness, Big apartment, clean, two bathrooms furnished with dish washer and washing machine (and even the detergents to use them), toast machine, oven, pots and whatever you need to cook and wash clothes at home. Location is in the centre (attached to Montecitorio and gelateria Giolitti.) Overall we couldn't expect anything better!!

Location was excellent. Very pleasent and specious apartment. We were a family of five and we strongly recomend this apartment.

Excellent location with terrific cafes & restaurants in the area and extremely close to all key sightseeing attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious - the additional bathroom was a bonus for our family with 2 teenagers! Roberto was a terrific host, who met us on arrival and shared some great tips for eateries & navigating Rome. The other bonus was proximity to Rome's best gelato which was within a 2 min walk of the apartment!

The building doesn't have a lift being in historical central Rome so there are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. So, this may not be ideal for some travelers but this wasn't a problem for us.
