جميل ورائع عجبني افطارهم الصباحي متنوع ويوصلك الى باب غرفتك يوجد في الغرف كل ما تحتاجه للطبخ موقد وجهاز مدمج فرن وميكرويف وادوات طبخ واطباق
مواقف السيارات اسفل الفندق ضيقة جدا ومحدودة وفي الخارج صعب ان تجد موقف

The hospitality was very bad from both the lady in the reception in the morning and the man also in the afternoon . You feel that they don't want you to book the room ..no smile and no reply even to Salamo Alykom..very weird attitude..Also the bath room sink all around was not clean and it had fungus ..really it was very disgusting..the smell of the room was horrible..

The staff were all friendly, affordable, nice rooms, cozy style, and the breakfast is nice. We’ll surely come back again.
The parking space down the basement is very small. So don’t park your car in the basement, it is difficult to maneuver. However, there are plenty of spaces outside the Hotel. Just find where you are comfortable to park in.

Rooms were very small to be apartment also overall space is very congested and not comfortable at all if toddlers are traveling along. Amenities were not enough for 4 persons - only 1 soap.
Almost no response on booking.com chat window. Hotel with 8.6 rating must be quick on responding the queries.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff members were very friendly. Room was very clean and functional. Whenever I'm in Khubar in the future, this is the only place to stay.
Shower area was very tight.
