Exemplary staff who went above and beyond to help organising transfers etc. Stunning scenery with a great guide.

WiFi being intermittent, but it was not a big issue.

We had an amazing time doing our 2 nights on the boat. The service was good and we really found Gin to be so friendly- he made our stay so much fun. We loved the games that were brought out after dinner. The food was also delicious. We loved the walk through the caves. It was great to get there early before a lot of the other tours started there.

I would have liked a few more activities to do. This doesn’t have anything to do with the accomodation but it was sad to see how much rubbish was in the water. You could tell a lot of efforts have been made to clean this up though.

Clean, old wordly accomodation. a lot less boats around than where most of the other cruises go.

toilet in our room was blocked most of the time. they tried to unblock twice. in the end we mostly used the public toilet in the main area

Staff were amazing. Great massage. Great food. Balcony and jacuzzi were lovely.

Room a bit run down. We were taken to another boat for the second day while they dropped and picked up others from the port. Was not informed at time of booking this would be the case. The other boat was no where near the same standard. The food was not too good and we were charged a lot for drinks. $4 for a can of water when water should have been free. Then we were taken to a place to look at pearls which we had done the day before. So had to just wait while the others done that. Just waited all day on a crap boat to be taken back to ours so we could use our jacuzzi and balcony that we paid extra for and didn't know we would be chucked off all day.

Food was exceptional

Lied to again about rooms, very tatty boat, the sea was filthy with litter due to a storm they say, Getting fed up with sleeping in a room that you haven't booked.

About the bedroom I was really surprised by the beauty of the room I put on the yacht, it was really beyond imagination. Full of all amenities for a perfect room. On the journey I had an enjoyable experience on Bai Tu Long Bay, everything was really great. The yacht is beautiful and luxurious, if you can, go right away to experience it. About the staff, everyone is great, especially the manager of the ship, Mr. Dustin, he helped us a lot to know more about Vietnam. . The food on board is really delicious and plentiful. I will definitely be back soon, thank you!
