Sehr schönes Zimmer, im obersten Stock auch ein toller Blick aufs Meer und fern vom Trubel. Da wir Jahrestag hatten und das Hotel vorab darüber informiert hatten, bekamen wir ein Zimmerupgrade und einen kleinen Kuchen aufs Haus - das war wirklich süß, haben uns sehr gefreut! Allgemein ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein.

Selbst in dieser 5-Sterne-Unterkunft ist nicht alles picobello sauber, für Sri Lanka-Verhältnisse aber extrem sauber! In unserem Zimmer konnte man nachts die AC nicht verstellen, so dass es doch recht kühl wurde. Haben es in der Früh dem Personal gemeldet, diese meinten, dass sie sich darum kümmern werden.

Loved the room, view, vicinity. Close to the airport for our trip home. Great restaurants nearby and the hotel food was good too. Swim up bar at the pool is great. Staff are very helpful.

Die Unterkunft liegt genau am Strand. Dies ist aber auch schon der einzige Vorteil. Das Hotel ist für den Standard, den es bietet, völlig überteuert. Das Essen ist mittelmäßig und das Personal reißt einem die Teller bereits weg, wenn man noch nicht einmal das Besteck aus der Hand gelegt hat.

Die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind vollkommen verdreckt durch Vogelkot. Das Personal im Restaurant ist so effizient, dass einem kaum Zeit zum Essen gelassen wird. 

Room is so dusty and there is something very wrong at this property. Immidately we checked out and move to another hotel. I do not kow what happened. But I did not like it. Would not stay there any more.

Beautiful sea view, comfortable bed, great internet connection, polite and helpful staff, good location, proximity to many restaurants and shops.

Very good variety of breakfast, could maybe include more continental options (vegetables, meat, pancake toppings, plant-based milk, seeds for cereals, etc) being a five-star hotel.

Not a quality hotel. Food poor and expensive and property is v. tired.

The location was nice, directly on the beach and not too far from Negombo city and the airport

Evening dinner was very disappointing, only a set dinner with minimal choice on offer. Compared to the other Heritance Hotels we stayed in during our t holiday were underwhelmed.

For the price of 5 star hotel doesn’t matter . This hotel has just a pool . They don’t have facilities for the beach . Breakfast for 5 start hotel wasn’t ok. Not to much option . I saw the pictures on booking.com and I was expected more for the rest days for relax .
