The staff did find an alternative apartment and it was nice.

Firstly the 5pm check in is very late. When we got the keys we couldn't open the door. One of the staff came to show us how to open the door but it was impossible for us to open it. We stated that we weren't happy and he suggested that we cancelled the booking and looked on booking.com to find other accommodation. We said that it was unacceptable and that they should provide us with alternative accommodation. They eventually agreed to this. We found the whole situation unacceptable and we would not recommend using molo Longo to anyone else.

Very nice apartment with all the facilities close to everything.

The drunk people leaning against the front entrance were not a very pleasant sight. They were not aggressive and it has nothing to do with the apartment but it was a hir concerning to see them when I entered the building at night.

bathroom smells bad, not enough water for showering. pillows are not comfortable. property is ok but location is sketchy. property did not provide with kitchen towels , nor not enough shower towels.

Very modern design, it was very clean and comfortable. Really suitable for families. In this apartment there are everything you need. You pick up keys on the reception of the hotel very near and staff is really nice and polite.

Location is in city center,but under window is bus station,so you can not open window because od noice and pollution. Also, there are some humidity on the walls.

The price for what we received was excellent, and the location in the city center of Rijeka was very convenient. We were close to the things we wanted to see as well as the things we needed.

Parking was a bit difficult, as there isn't much parking in the city center, and while the parking fees were cheap, it was still hard to find a space.

Apartment was clean , and it had an nice view as it also is located in the center of the town.

From booking description i was expecting two rooms (bedroom and living) while it was a studio flat with mezzanine.. this make us sleep in the same room Kitchen and bathroom celing is quite low

Poorly equipped. Only few dishes and glases. Towel holder broken. Otherwise like described.

The reception team were very friendly. Our bus from Trieste was delayed but they always were in touch with us per phone and Whatsapp. They are very friendly :)

very nice apartment in an old building, high sealing and a view off harbor. clean and nicely decorated. everything works even Netflix 😂 location is very good for sightseeing. everything is very close

location.. it is in the city center and when you get out of building there is bus station and there are all kinds of people, drinking, smoking and very unclean.. it’s not nice.. but you can close your eyes for a minute. otherwise it’s a nice apartment.

Check-in and welcome were very good, and the staff were very helpful in recommending places to go. They clearly know their stuff. The aparment was just the right size for our group and had everything we needed in it.

The only issue we had was with the wi-fi, which didn't work properly the whole time we were there. The staff did try to fix it in different ways, but the issue was somewhere else. Wasn't the biggest problem for us, as sometimes disconnecting is a good thing too.
