Casa Galateo 20 is situated in the middle of the old town in Galipoli. You walk out of the door and you are right in the old town. Perfect! We had a very nice room for 3 adults with a terrace. Anna, the lady who was waiting for us, asked us about our preferences for the breakfast wich was delicious and in a very nice furnished room. We will come back in this nice hotel and can recommend it.

It is in the old town but was not noisy at all in the evenings. Nicer place.

There wasn’t

Great location and clean apartment, kitchen equipped for everyday use. The bathroom is spacious and has a large shower. Beachfront is 5 mins walking distance.

Due to central locaiton, and having no sound-proofing, do not expect a quiet stay, especially during evening hours. Quality and quantity of breakfast is average. An additional 5 EUR is charged for 2 eggs (if requested),each morning which is ridiculuous, otherwise only a few slices of cheese, ham, joghurt and muesli is available.

Beautiful historical property with sympathetic decoration, excellent air conditioning ( essential the last two nights ) literally restaurants outside the front door . Would highly recommend.

If you have a heavy suitcase you might be challenged by the steps up from the street !

The interior design of this bnb is beautiful and stylish. The location is perfect. Literally 30 second walk to wonderful restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the beach. It was off of the Main Street through town and very quiet with 3 levels of terraces. The indoor temperature was perfect, providing relief from the heat of walking around the city.

There is no overnight parking in old town of Gallipoli. Parking at the port ended up being very expensive. There were like 20 free spots. And that is not enough! I ended up paying $120 in parking for 3 days. Maybe is was due to holiday.

Unfortunately, there was only cold water. They told us it would be fixed by the next morning, unfortunately it wasn't. So we had to switch to another hotel. We got a 30% refund, which we think is fair. With hot water, it's certainly a great place.

Extremely noisy at night (they supply earplugs by default; which gives you an idea but is also not enough). The room was very impractical: small and awkwardly designed. The shower did not work well.

We loved the design of the b&b and the room was very spacious. Location was also amazing. Breakfast was very good too.

For me … perfect Design … house with heart and soul and fantastic people who take care of You. Fantastic interior, colors, breakfasts and view from the roof terrace. We stayed longer that we planed :) Fantastic time. Perfect match. It was pleasure to be there

Very central location, in the middle of the old town of Gallipoli. The room is very pretty and clean. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was very nice in a beautiful living room. Staff is very nice. I recommend Casa Galateo 20 for a stay in Gallipoli !

Everything was amazing, quiet, beautiful, right in the center of the old city, even the smell is great. Wonderful service, if you have any question about the area they are more than happy to help you.

very beautiful decoration in the city center. the room was clean and modern. we loved the rooftop allowing to have a nice view on the city center. the breakfast was good.

the staff does not speak English and did not show us the rooftop. the pillows were good. it not the mattress. our room (#4) was a bit dark without any views.
