L-Spa Boutique Apartments - Fabulous two bed, two bath apartment
Recién Lanzado.... Uno de los seis apartamentos diseñados individualmente ubicados en un edificio tradicional de Regency en Royal Leamington Spa. Este apartamento estándar de 5 estrellas con dos dormitorios y dos baños con estacionamiento gratuito se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie del centro de Leamington Spa, con sus numerosos cafés, bares, tiendas de delicatessen y restaurantes.
El apartamento tiene dos habitaciones dobles, una de las cuales tiene una cama con cremallera, por lo que puede conformarse como una cama tamaño king o dividirse en dos camas individuales. ¡Solo pregunte! Además del baño principal, el dormitorio principal tiene una ducha en suite. El apartamento es ideal para una a cuatro personas, pero podemos dormir dos personas adicionales en el sofá cama de la sala de estar.

Great place!
This was a great place to stay. It seemed recently remodeled, providing amenities that make your stay even better (like TVs in each bedroom with full satellite access). Check in was clear and easy with helpful information on everything needed. Good location and plenty of parking, if you have a car. Definitely recommend!

As two ladies travelling on business, we were unhappy with the location as the apartment didn’t appear to be in the best part of town. Also the condition of the outside of the building and entrance porch was very untidy, with lots of cigarette ends and lighters littering the pathway. The building and windows need attention.
The inside staircase was tidy but the carpet on the stairs was loose in a number of places and was dangerous. The flat itself is up 6 flights of stairs at the top of the building.

It was beautiful. No air conditioning, the blinds in the master aren’t the greatest and you have to walk up 5 flights to the unit which we didn’t know about ahead of time. The area was awesome and if you don’t mind walking 5 flights it’s an awesome property

We were directed to HomeAway by another rental company due to a last minute cancellation and it turned out to be quite a discovery. HomeAway is very professional and yet friendly to deal with. The apartment itself was charming. Well thought out with amenities etc. Other than the master bathroom being a bit small could really fault nothing.
