Pizzeria Pipo um die Ecke sorgte für gute Verpflegung.

Bei 249,50 Euro pro Nacht (zugegeben: Messe-Zeit in Nürnberg) und einer angegebenen Check-in-Zeit von 14-21 Uhr kann man einen reibungslosen Check-in erwarten. Ich wurde jedoch am Tag vor meiner Anreise angeschrieben, ich solle mich eine Stunde vor Ankunft telefonisch melden. Auf meine Antwort, ich sei beruflich unterwegs und könne dies nicht garantieren, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich dann ca. eine Stunde auf die Schlüsselübergabe warten müsse. Das finde ich in Zeiten von Schlüsselboxen etc. und vor allem für diesen Preis nicht tragbar. Darüber hinaus lies die allgemeine Sauberkeit der Unterkunft zu wünschen übrig (dreckige Wände, staubige Möbel, durchgelegenes Bett das bei jeder Bewegung quietscht, Schimmelspuren im Bad - allgemein: Plattenbauwohnung, im 50er-Jahre-Stil eingerichtet, laute Heizungsgeräusche die ganze Nacht lang).

Top - Lage, schnelle Anbindung an Stadt- u. BAB! Nahverkehr bietet alle Möglichkeiten egal ob Städtereisender oder Monteureinsätze rund um Nbg.

Wasserdruck- bzw. Wasser - Sparduschkopf im Bad! Leider an der falschen stelle gespart!

Nice apartment, that served well for business trip we had, meaning just to to sleep over. Nice location for our purpose.

No private parking, but free parking on the street, meaning not easily finding a parking place if you came late.

Good location, parking capacity, near restaurants, backerie etc.

The rooms are dark and the bed is really uncomfortable! Good for 1-2 nights, but I cannot imagine to stay here whole week.

The apartment is in a quiet area, easy to reach from Nuremberg and Munich by car and public transport. The host are nice and open to help.

The bed is in the leaving room, and in my humble opinion is not comfortable at all. The matress is a thin foam, and the pillow are just big cushions... very complicated to sleep well. There is no specific parlking on the apartment, but public parking on the surrounding area, where normally there is free space to park for free during the day, more complicated at night. Last, if you arrive after 21:00 you have an extra cost of +50€ for the check-in...
