La miglior posizione che potessi scegliere, direttamente sulla spiaggia migliore e ad una traversa di distanza dalla strada principale. La casa è nuova, grande e pulita, addirittura avevo due stanze. Nessuna problematica di acqua. Ha la sicurezza notturna. L'ho consigliato ad amici. La struttura è gestita da italiani. Taxi aeroporto 20 euro

Il pagamento con carta è previsto ma con un supplemento del 3%, accettano però euro al corretto tasso di cambio. Le pulizie sono ogni 3 giorni. La struttura del letto è molto bassa.

I fall in love with this Villa, and the location rigth on the beach. Book room on the beachside, its worth every penny! We had the top floor, it was amazing! This Villa is rigth in centrum with every thing close by! The Villa have security guards on both side of the house, so them thiefs dont have a chance! Super safe! You walk in your bikini, and 2 meters outside you touch the beach sand under your feet! I fall in love with Capo Verde and this place🙏 ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

It was so lovely! It was super clean and the flat was very big for me alone. The hosts and the personell were super friendly as well and they really helped me with every question or wish I had. I can highly recommend this place, it was just amazing! Thank you for everything!!!

The appartments we rented were with ocean view, really spaceous and clean. Every night there are security people working and so we could leave our laundry outside to dry. Since the appartments are RIGHT by the beach you could come and go to the beach any time - day and night. Activities like snorkeling, kite surfing, diving and so on you can book anywhere in walking range. There are countless seafood restaurants nearby, rooftop bars as well. We highly recommend this place! The staff was really nice and helpful. We booked an extra late checkout without any problems. Five stars from us and very well deserved!

It’s position in Santa Maria was ideal

Very noisy in the room. Could hear the water every time someone in the building ran the tap, and very high pitched I think pipe noise day and night. Didn’t have a sea view as we’d hoped for

Excellent location. Very clean property. Friendly cleaning staff. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Gorgeous views on the ocean side.

Noisy at night, even on the beach side because of open courtyard where bedroom windows are located. Kitchen missing some key pieces: wooden spoon to not scratch pots and pans; more than one busted ice tray; somewhere to keep leftovers and open products, like Tupperware or plastic wrap. Patio furniture is old and uncomfortable, especially for the appointment inside. Rooftop loungers are bare wood two by fours that desperately need both cushions and shade - good reason the photos exclude showing what’s available. One of the main reasons we upgraded to the penthouse was for the rooftop which we hardly used due to discomfort. One plastic chair broke on night 2 of 13 - despite being told it would be replaced the next day it was never even cleaned up. Our south facing penthouse had one broken umbrella and the other went without. AC wall units seemed dirty compared to the other clean standard - we both got AC sickness at this location only. Wall safe in room 10 is broken and very finicky - user beware!

Great apartment and location. Perfect view and close to everything. Actually there is nothing to complain, just the WI-Fi connection was not always stable (good to have an internet detox :-))

the apartment was nice and confortable. the personal was not really there, but they were friendly on emails and per whatsapp. if you need i quite place it can be quite loud at night. (i dont bother, i could sleep very good)

The location is just perfect it’s literally on the main beach of Santa Maria and next to the Main Street. You cannot do better

Depending on where is the air conditioning, it’s a bit hot in the room ( we had 2 différents rooms)

Tle location front off the best beach of sal was exceptionnal, It would be difficult to find a better place with an incredible view, quite area and near from the center? You can find all you need by max 5 min walking.

I expected it to be very nice...and it was. What bugs me with some places is you're padding in and out enjoying yourself then realize you've got dirty feet! My feet the whole time were super clean! I could see how hard the ladies worked keeping in spotless.

Very nice location. Kitchen is well equipped (except dishwasher) but it would be nice to have a bit more of essential cooking ingredients. Great that it's cleaned several times a week
