Única casa para no fumadores en el canal intercostal, impresionantes vistas desde el dormitorio principal, gran sala, cocina, comedor y cubierta del río. 150 slip Marina, tienda de barcos y (restaurante, "Marker 244" reapertura a principios de octubre) al lado.
La casa es muy soleada, luminosa, ventosa y bien equipada con un tema histórico y costero de la costa baja, una pequeña joya. 2 dormitorios, 2 baños completos más una cama Queen Lazy-boy. Las actualizaciones incluyen baldosas nuevas o pisos de madera dura renovados en todas partes. Muebles de lujo, tratamientos de ventanas, electrodomésticos de cocina, ropa de cama nueva Sealy Posturepedic, nueva chimenea de gas con ventilación, ambas cubiertas exteriores han sido reconstruidas y pintura nueva en todas partes. The stay was great. Enjoyed the morning sunrise over coffee. Enjoyed the deck and grilling in the cool evenings. Overall five stars. I suggest you do get a recycle bin with a top because I think the raccoons got into the bin looking for food. We covered it with a bucket so they would not try it again. Property lived up to the pictures.

The property was in the perfect location, lending itself to a lot of relaxation. Sitting on the deck and enjoying the breeze in the evenings gave way to great conversations. The cottage was just the right size and provided the right amenities for our short stay. A return stay is likely in our future.

Tidewatch was clean and comfortable, and the view is wonderful! It's a great vacation spot. And I can't say enough about how helpful and responsive our hosts were. We had some trouble with the TV cable, and they got us fixed up right away. Thanks!

We enjoyed staying here so much. It was so quiet and peaceful! We had almost everything we needed without going out to buy much! The view from the porch was beautiful and relaxing! We couldn’t have asked for a better place or time! Thank you so much! We need to come back!

Very comfortable furniture, a beautiful view, and the little things the owners have done for their guests make it obvious they actually care. Communication with the manager was perfect. I can’t say enough good about this house. Highly recommended.

I love waking up to one of the most spectacular views in Beaufort! It's rare to rent your own home with ocean views located so centrally. It's in an extremely cute, quiet, resort type community surrounded by beautiful trees. Has everything you'll need and will certainly love staying in this cozy home. Communication and check-in is very easy. I can't wait to come back!

Stayed here while visiting my daughter on Parris Island. Check in/out was super easy. The location is perfect, close to everything we wanted to do and see. The view was beautiful, we sat and watched the sun rise. Marker 244 was in walking distance, we were able to have dinner on the patio and bring our dog. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very pretty and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Our second stay at this comfortable home in a neat, quiet neighborhood under a canopy of live oaks and Spanish moss. Sunrises over the river more than make up for a sofa that is not comfortable and a barn door on the master bath. We will likely be back again soon.

We loved our stay. The house was very clean and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to prepare a meal in. Plenty of towels and walk in closet for clothes, suitcase etc.
The deck was wonderful and relaxing to set on and watch the marina with all of the boats.
We watched a dolphin playing with a fish in the water.
We met the owner Mark and he was so kind and offered us great information on things to see and do.
The beautiful oak trees with Spanish moss covered streets into the village was gorgeous.
I have already recommended to friends to visit.

This property was wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here. The house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. The view of the Beaufort River from either inside or outside the house was beautiful, we saw dolphins each day we were there. The notes left by the host were very helpful and the state park pass left for the guests use was a nice touch. We can't wait to visit again!

We loved the location of this house, the cleanliness, and the gorgeous views out the back deck. We never had to drive more than five minutes to places we wanted to go, and I was so happy to be able to bring my dogs who loved nothing more than laying on the deck watching the boats. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We came down from Ohio with family for our eldest sons Marine bootcamp graduation. The location was amazing for everything that we wanted to do and a fantastic location to Paris Island. The property was clean and orderly and had everything we needed! The pictures do not do it justice, quiet little neighborhood, tucked under beautiful older trees. All communication with the property managers were timely and very helpful. Highly recommend their properties if they keep the others as they do this one.

This was our second stay in this cottage and we enjoyed it as much as our first. We love the home and its amenities, especially the deck with an awesome view of the Beaufort River. It is also very convenient for all of the sites in the area from Beaufort to Hunting Island.

Mark (and daughter Melissa) were welcoming, informative & helpful during our visit to SC and Tidewatch! We cannot say enough about how immaculate (attention to detail for comfort), lovely cozy perfect and delightful the property was! When we pulled into the Landing it was like entering a theme park at Disney set in THE quintessential South Carolina neighborhood with spanish moss hanging from majestic huge trees! All the lovely homes were pastels and we were right on the Beaufort river overlooking their marina with a great restaurant/incidentals shop within walking distance. Even binoculars provided to pinpoint "flippers" in the river! Beaufort and Hunting Beach Park and "Boneyard" on the Atlantic (pass provided by Mark in Welcome folder!) were just amazing! Am I gushing too much?! If we are ever in SC again, this is the ONLY place you will be 100% satisfied with staying! Thank you SC!

My husband is a retired Marine and we were married in Beaufort. We were also stationed at Parris Island for 3-4 years.
It makes our experience extra special.

We highly recommend this VRBO. It has the beach vide with all the decorations & is very clean. It has all of your cooking needs & is right on the water. Beautiful home!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Port Royal Landing. We watched dolphins right out back off of the deck. The location was perfect, the house was very clean and the southern charm was beyond expectations! We will definitely be back again.

This cottage was perfect and is decorated so cute! Loved sitting out on the deck drinking a glass of wine while watching boats and dolphins go by. Conveniently located to Beaufort, Port Royal and Hunting Island. Marker 244 Restaurant right next door so you could walk for lunch or dinner. Quiet neighborhood and friendly people. Would highly recommend!

Great location central to all things to do and quiet without the feeling that it was a tourist site, felt like a local and the kids loved watching the sun rise every morning from the back deck.

Cute cottage. Wonderful little neighborhood. Great location. Excellent views. Would definitely stay again. Only downside is that we wish main bedroom had a king bed. There seems to be room for it. Otherwise perfect.

Had a very nice stay, we actually got to watch a sailboat race one day which was cool. Saw dolphins and sharks.
The owners provided everything and had clear instructions. They are available by phone if needed and respond to questions immediately.

Tidewatch is a great little property, just the right size for 2 to 4 people. Great location, lovely neighborhood, quite, convenient to Beaufort, and the Sea Islands. Great view of the water, and marina. Owners are very nice, and eager to be of help, as well as prompt in responding.
We couldn't have made a better selection for our visit.
