great location, close to the beach. nice sized garden. room to park. decking to sunbath - Nice sized bedrooms. beautiful shower room and loved the separate toilet although I would have preferred the toilet/shower room upstairs, or at least another toilet rather than the single bedroom but overall really nice place, well kept. Didn't suffer without Air con despite the temperatures, Really nice.

3 Bedroom's to sleep 5 people but only comfy seats for 3 people. Not enough comfy seats for 4 adults. It was a two seter couch (large) but nowhere near enough for 3 people to sit comfortably. Dining table on the other hand had far too many chairs. only two sun loungers for 4 adults. BBQ was rotten and had to be replaced (which they did within a few hours) New Iron brought in when they realised it was a very old non steam version.
