Best location close to Trakai, an outstanding welcome and individual (!!!) breakfast, very good hints from host, very clean and lovely rooms, a nice farmhouse hotel concept, parking at the house, WiFi, frogs singing, a beaver-watching bench...
A round package with a very charming landlord. 😍
Shared toilets and shower is not everybody's comfort (especially for older guests). But they were very clean and also enough for the room number.
Not a minus, only to know.

We booked an apartment in "Sunny Beaver" in the first part of august. We spent 4 days with our family in this beautiful place.
The main idea of our trip was to meet with our parents (we live in different countries) and have a good vacation together. And we have done this task 100%.
The best thing about this place is really close to Vilnius, Trakai, and Kaunas. And for every day of your vacation you have a choice:
- to go to one of these cities (to Vilnius and Trakai you can go by taxi)
- to stay at the "Sunny Beaver" location.
I have not visited Vilnius for 3-4 years, but every day my choice was "to stay at the "Sunny Beaver" location". The main reason for my choice:
- silence
- a beautiful lake with private entry for guests
- free places for BBQ
- free boat, kayaks
- free fishing
- a beach for swimming
- big garden with chickens and other animals
- free places for BBQ
My tired urban soul really likes this place. There I can relax and be happy. I really like the fact that there I took a break and could enjoy the environment.
But if you need to work, in the main building has a strong internet connection. And if you have a Lithuanian Sim-card - you can spend time on the Internet too.
At this place, I can't find any disadvantages. I'm totally satisfied with this place. And I recommend all good people, to stay at the "Sunny Beaver"
