Our stay at this condo had its share of ups and downs. The views from the two balconies were stunning, and the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, local attractions, and dining options. The rooftop pool was a delightful spot to relax and enjoy the views.
The condo itself was spacious, providing ample space for our group. The living areas were comfortable, making it a pleasant place to unwind.
However, there were a few issues that detracted from our overall experience. Upon arrival, we found that the stove top didn’t work, and a Black and Decker plug-in stove top was placed on the counter as a temporary solution. The ice machine in the freezer was also non-functional, and one of the lock knobs on a balcony door kept falling off. Additionally, the fan in the master bathroom needed replacement.
I reported these issues, and while the maintenance person was pleasant and fixed the door knob and stove top, parts for the fan and ice machine needed to be ordered, so the problems persisted throughout our stay.
Another frustration was with the late checkout policy. Although offered via email for a small fee, we found out the next morning that it was available only for a limited time, which wasn’t clearly communicated.
Had everything been in working order upon our arrival and the late checkout been more accessible, this condo could easily have been a 10 out of 10. Despite these inconveniences, the views, location, and spaciousness still made it a worthwhile stay.

Highly recommend this condo. We really liked everything about it. It is spacious and clean and the location was absolutely perfect at the corner of Ocean Drive and 5th. We were pleasantly surprised at the ocean view and loved the convenience of great pizza and ice cream downstairs! The beach access is right across the street. We rented lounge chairs and a cabana for a day and thought the pricing was reasonable. There are tons of dining options all within walking distance. We did have a little trouble with the hot water heater but a text message to Vacasa guest services received a quick reply and the issue was resolved. One thing we found lacking in the condo was towel bars in the bathrooms. There aren’t any and with a family of 5, we ended up needing to get creative about hanging shower towels to dry on the tops of doors and on the back of chairs. Not ideal but also not a deal breaker. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to our friends and family.

The condo was very nice. Modern, open floor plan with plenty of light from the floor to ceiling windows. Wraparound balconies were awesome as was the location in the middle of South Beach. Walking distance to everything.

We loved the condo and the location could not be more perfect (I couldn't believe how lucky we were to have such an amazing place). The balconies are amazing to take your coffee in the morning or have a nice cocktail at night. The rooms are large and clean. Note that it is important to buy laundry and dishwasher detergent as they didn't have any (but not a major issue as there is a CVS next door). The building was very calm, at some points if felt as if we were the only ones there (but I could see lights in other condos). Even though the building is on a very busy street, we didn't hear any noise that kept us from sleeping in! I would definitely return!
The only negative point was at the check-in. We had to pick up our keys at the hotel next door. We were happy that the man at the registration offered to keep our luggage as we were a little early. As we were bringing several of our suitcases in, my 16 yo boy was helping. At one point, when I came back in with more bags, the man at the reception desk was yelling at him to the point that my son had tears in his eyes. The hotel had some cigars available for sale and my son had asked if he could buy one for his step father who was outside. While I understand that he could not, given his age, I don't believe it required the man at the registration desk to hell at him that much.
While I know that the condo is not the hotel next door, it did give me an uneasy feeling about the professionalism and about our stay in general.

The location is amazing which we knew when booking. Quiet end of Ocean Dr. but completely walkable. Quiet building. Great views.
If the owners would spend just a little money updating, the condo would present so much better and they’d probably be able to charge more.
Rusty garbage cans and rusty fridge, all of the grout and caulking needs to be replaced in this unit. We didn’t have enough beach towels and had JUST enough toilet to make it to check-out.
The condo itself is very spacious and the beds were comfy. Light & airy. Huge bathrooms. TVs were hard to turn on but we figured it out.
We had a great time and know that we know what to expect, we would stay again.

This is a beautiful spacious condo with a perfect location. Ocean views and by great restaurants but just far enough away from the crazy part of south beach. We did have a few issues while staying there.. the oven wasn’t working and the floors were filthy. I did let the property management company know when we checked in. They said they’d send the Housecleaner back over but she never showed up. So we had to wear shoes in the house so our feet didn’t turn black. Pool is also cold and towel hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful. But the location and comfort of the condo were excellent!!

This unit is very large with large living areas and very large bathrooms. Two large balconies and a view up Open Blvd. Nice restaurant just next door and we ate there five times. Perfect Miami Beach getaway location!

On the plus side, the condo is located very close to the beach and is very spacious. Condo needs a new dryer. Dryer got grease all over my clothes. Kitchen is poor stocked to say the least. For some strange reason there are no soap dishes in the bathrooms, even in the shower. For some even stranger reason, there is not a single towel rack. One of the couches is broken, so beware. Beware, traffic noise is very loud at this location. Balcony is very noisy from the traffic and very dirty from the city soot. Our floors got VERY dirty until we put a towel just inside the balcony door.

Excellent location, overall very clean! Realized on Christmas Eve when we checked in we needed bedding for futon and staff delivered first thing on Christmas day ,(thank you!!). Size wise easily accommodated our family of five. Appreciated the w/d in the unit too. LOVED the wrap around porch and ocean view, pool on roof would have been amazing to use if it was warmer. Parking was very convenient and well priced too. Loved security of building and getting keys nearby was easy.
What would make it five stars: kitchen sink desperately needs to be re-caulked, no hot water in showers (was tepid but we didn't complain), no towel bars either (desperately need in both bathroom), TV's in bedroom were small and we couldn't understand how to use them (maybe provide directions?).
BUT overall very pleased. Excellent location, fair price, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had the most amazing five night stay in this beautiful open and airy condo! Prime location. Love the balconies! The ocean view could be seen even from the kitchen. Having the rooftop pool for evening swims was an added bonus. The condo was in great condition and thoroughly cleaned. Will definitely stay again in the near future!
