Excellent, beautiful swim up room with big double bed, bath, shower, big terrace, mini bar, sofa,... One of the best hotel rooms I have ever been in. Everything was very clean and the whole hotel looks fantastic. Staff at reception was very friendly. Location is walking distance to the center of Zahara de los Atunes. It was my birthday and the staff of the hotel made some sweet gestures to make my day extra special. Much appreciated: especially the guy from room service who even sang for me.

It's a detail but we we were a bit startled when the pool guy suddenly jumped on the terrace around 11h in the morning. I do understand he has to do his job but it would be more convenient if he did this between 12h and 15h when there is nobody in the room. Food of room service is a bit overpriced for the quality that you get.

Toilet paper was cheap for. 5 star hotel. Parking was expensive & should have been free. only 3 paying for car park, everyone parked around the hotel entrance for free or across the road for free. Hotel underground car parking was empty, so clearly no revenue for hotel, so you may as well give it away for free. 5 star hotel and you need to pay for parking was ridiculous.

we arrived on e-bikes and the receptionist immediately picked up on this and offered us a room to securely store and re-charge our bikes. Rooms very comfortable and breakfast excellent

The light of the temperature regulation it’s just in front you eyes when you are in bed. Spa is working 70% but they don’t warn you …

the location of the property is one hour by taxi from Cadiz city . in booking.com they wrote the hotel is 800 m from the city center , but they mean tarifa city center not Cadiz so i considered this lying on tourists . so i had to spend one night n booked for another night in another hotel near Cadiz city center . which i consider cheating .

limited food options at the bar before 12 for a light snack. (didn’t want to pay or need the buffet ) have to pay extra to use roof terrace with infinity pool ! have to pay extra for Spa ! but its a “spa hotel”

Everything was great. We loved our room with the bathtub and the outside pool was amazing, the sun beds were so comfy :)

can’t fault anything

Unfortunately, we experienced a number of power cut on our side of the building during late evening which obviously makes life rather awkward… from basically getting to the bathroom, no air conditioning etc etc. The pool area was not all that clean,especially the beds past the spa. But hey, we love the place. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms themselves are very clean so our weekend wasn’t spoiled at all. But perhaps ,if we’d been staying for longer , those inconveniences would have affected us more.

absolutely loved the hotel, the infinity pool area was very special and so were the sunset drinks with the DJ. breakfast was exceptional. would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

it would be much better if the infinity pool area was open for the whole day rather than just from 3.30.

the day we checked in they could not make us a second card fot the room which was extremely inconvenient. also some lounge music by the pool would be great.
