parking near the hotel was 2,200 per night i booked a non-smoking room but i can smell it clearly and can’t even sleep because when i tried to open the window, there is yakiniku place nearby and the smell of it came inside the room. As i tried to turn on the ac when it’s hot, they said that the hotel have set it entire hotel to heater during autumn and winter, sadly you can’t change that. everything feels old, dirty and broken. almost felt like what i have seen in horror movies. worst hotel ever for 3-stars.

Great location next to Sendai station and to the shopping malls - it can't be beat. If you want a no frills convenient place to sleep, this is it.

The building is old, the beds are hard, the furniture and appliances in the rooms were old and yellowing. My room may used to have been a smoking room because there was a lingering smoky smell. The breakfast was nothing to write home about and easily skipped it.

Nothing besides the location

The room was not clean, even after asked to clean, they didn’t. The bathroom was full of mold and body hair all around. We also found items under the bed from prior costumers, the floor was not even vacuum. The AC was also dirty with mold. Only two outlets in the room and not in convenient places, breakfast is only bread and hard boiled eggs.
