La ubicación del establecimiento, se accede fácilmente desde la ruta. Un departamento luminosos, con locales comerciales muy cerca. La amabilidad del propietario nos hizo sentir como si nos conocemos de años.. Un grato momento pasamos con mí FLIA, volvería sin lugar a dudas...

No tengo nada que criticar.

Our hosts Victor and his son were really lovely, friendly people. So much so that I feel rather uneasy with the comments below but I have given our honest experience of the property.

I’m struggling to understand the high ratings given by previous guests here (upon which we largely based our decision to stay). The unit we had was generally uninspiring with a feeling of “make do”. Decor was grubby with staining in certain areas. The workmanship in the finishings, especially in terms of the bathroom, and joinery items was poor. It was superficially clean in terms of fittings & fixtures to the bathroom and kitchen etc. but the corners, ledges, nooks and crannies all need attention. Curtains were limp and lifeless. The cooker in the kitchen is a rickety old thing that really needs to be replaced. There is poor noise insulation to the unit next door and we had to go and knock to ask them to turn down music at 11:30 pm. It is a 7 km drive into the centre of Bariloche and when you get there parking is a nightmare. The place has so much potential but is just in need of improvement in quality all round.
