Someone opened the door to our room while we were sleeping, at 8 in the morning. Terrible experience, total lack of privacy. Do not recommend!!

This was a horrible stay. Worst place we’ve stayed at in Europe. The room was really dirty and wasn’t cleaned during our stay- we asked reception why our room wasn’t cleaned and he just said “that’s weird” and walked off. The housekeeper came on the 3rd day and didn’t replace our towels, just hung up our dirty ones from the floor. There were ants everywhere in our room and bugs. We were bitten during the night. Breakfast was disgusting and we couldn’t eat it. There are no blankets on the bed, just an old, thin sheet. Management doesn’t reply at all when you try to contact them. Would never recommend this place

The location was great! 10 min walk to the centre and train station and 15 min to the two marinas.
Really noisy! no one to greet us as we checked in, the cleaner had to help us. The reception was in another guest house so we had no contact with any staff whatsoever. Avoid breakfast! It made one of the party ill

Clean and spacious. Good location. breakfast was fine. staff were lovely. very welcoming. we checked in an hour early and it was no problem.
The pillows were awful. Honestly, it’s the one thing that would be cheap and make a huge difference to the quality of sleep. Jacuzzi bath was a nice touch but would have preferred a shower. there are no curtains so we were woken at dawn. it turns out there are electric shutters that block out all the light. chalk that down to me being an idiot. One night was windy and there was a tarpaulin tied to the balcony that flapped all night and drove me mad. all easy stuff to fix though.

When we were there, we can find parking right in front of the apartment. Location is very close to Sorrento main street. Host is very helpful and help us bring the luggage up using the elevator.

The whole experience was great - it was easy to communicate with the manager, the shower was like nothing I've every seen - all the bells and whistles, we were able to store our luggage, and the breakfast was great!

We didn’t have any hot water on the first and second day. We were told by the staff some ground works in the area that could had affected it.

The quadruple room is basically a scam. In the size of what normally is a two bed room, they fit a sofa bed. There is practically no room for four adults. Maybe a family with two children could stay for a night. Additionally the room is advertised as having a double bed and two single beds. I regret to inform you tha this is intentionally misleading. In their defense, they offered to remove the couch and add two single beds. In any case the room is not suited for four people. In this age, where people can compare, share reviews and inform each other it makes you wonder what the owner is thinking.

Receptionist was polite.
Mattress was very worn. Sheets and duvet were not clean, had hairs on them. Surfaces were not even wiped down, had smears and grit.
This room was so unclean we were not comfortable with staying the night. We checked out after an hour. they charged me.

The rooms are really nice, the staff is really helpful and friendly. We needed a shuttle back to the airport, because our flight was early in the morning and they arranged it really quickly for a really good price (better than any other option we found). Thanks for everything :) Dora&Kristof
We had breakfast included, I think it was fine, but there is one thing I would change, and it is the bakery products, It could have been more fresh.
