Enjoyed our stay.
Positives:
Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet location. Spacious.
Decent TV and lots of living room seating.
Negatives:
Only reason for the one star downgrade is the pillows are super uncomfortable.
Too overstuffed and firm.
Plugs in room near bed to plug in phone chargers hard to access or too far away. Having something on bed table to plug into would help.
Pool was great, but there is a couple arcade games (basket hoop game) outside of the community room next to the pool that are annoyingly loud when being played. Can’t relax at pool when kids or adults are playing them. We left the pool area one day because of it.
Everything else was great.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Location was great and close to everything. Overall, great stay and will definitely book again!

We have stayed at the Vista Cay Resort twice now (2019 and 2023). The property offers nice amenities and the easy access makes it ideal for coming and going to parks, malls, restaurants, etc.
The Vista Cay Condo is very close to the pool. The only complaint I heard was that the hot tub was not hot. We used the beautiful walking path several times. The apartment gave us enough room to spread out. We didn't even use all the space it offered.
The hosts were helpful and responded quickly. We would definitely go back to this property!

This rental was very well appointed. All furnishings were in good condition and clean.
The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and cooking aids such as measuring cups, grater, knife set, cutting board, several hand towels and a dish cloth, etc.
The condo was spacious and the perfect size for a weeks stay. There is an area right by the door that would serve wonderfully as an office if you needed to get work done. The sectional in the living room was nice and provided plenty of space for lounging and movie nights.
All of the beds were comfy and provided a good night's sleep.
Both bathrooms were clean and spacious. No gross mildew growing out of corners or yucky shower heads.
The master and master bath had ample room to move around and then some. And don't get me started on how excited I was to have a floor length mirror!
The proximity to the pool was so nice. We could be there in a matter of minutes.
We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

We loved all the space this condo offered. It’s modern and very homey. It came with everything we needed including some beach towels we didn’t remember to pack. The owner was so responsive and quick to help solve an alarm going off. Highly recommend! Thanks so much.

Spent a week at this condo, there were 3 adults and a teenager. Very spacious layout, extremely clean, great location to pool as well as close to Disney parks. We had a great time and would definitely choose this same condo again! Very comfortable beds after long days at Disney.

This unit was perfect for our extended family of 6. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We also liked the layout. There was plenty of space so that during our down time we were not bumping elbows. Lin was a gracious, helpful and funny host. The location was excellent 5-10 minutes from the amusement parks and groceries were around the corner. We had a couple of issues and he was so prompt in attending to them. Even changing out the ceiling fans so they worked with remotes! If or when I'm back in Orlando, I will definitely stay here again.

Email check in was perfect and understandable ( even for my 60 ish self).
Property was larger than we expected from photo’s. My bed was delightfully comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well supplied and we used the pizza restaurant recommendation our first night. Wish we could have used the pool and other facilities but weather / time did not permit… Definitely keeping you in our files. 🤗❤️

We enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay and it’s close proximity to the places we visited. The amenities in the room were nice and the children’s pool was perfect! My only complaints are the lack of trash receptacles in the condo and the hard mattresses. Otherwise, everything else was great.

I've stayed in this complex before but never in this unit. I LOVED it and Will definitely return. The location is perfect, within minutes to Universal/SeaWorld and everything orlando has to offer. There is a shopping complex right around the corner with a publix, amazing NYPD pizza, donuts, burgers, liquor and much more. The property itself is gated, and we felt very safe. There is a pool, we did not use but many others were enjoying it.
This unit was very spacious! The master bedroom with its own bath with jacuzzi, a walk in closet. 2 guest rooms, one with twin beds ans another with a double. Large living room with dining table, kitchen with seating at bar, and a balcony to sit outside. I highly recommend!! Very clean!!!!!

This property lived up to all the hype, photos, reviews and it DID NOT Disappoint!!! What a Fabulous, Homely and Friendly place to stay. My Sorors and I enjoyed this spacious and down home living place/space. We will definitely live here again in the future.

Awesome stay!
I really don't have ANTHING bad to say. This was a great vacation and a great condo. It was clean and well stocked. Some additional washcloths and paper goods would have been great, but that's nothing compared to all the other amenities. This place is HUGE! We didn't even go into the living room. Lin was very responsive and getting into the unit was a breeze. The location is so convenient. It was a short drive to shopping and the parks. The grocery store is right around the corner. I would definitely stay again!

Ideal "Home Away from Home"
We stayed at Vista Cay during our visit to Orlando for an event at the convention center. Our family of 5 (4 adults and 1 teen) very much enjoyed the location, cleanliness, comfort and decor or the area. Lin was a phenomenal host (as many other reviewers have stated), especially when one of my children inadvertently left clothing in their closet after our check-out. We opted to walk to the convention center daily to avoid driving and parking hassles. Good exercise and a convenient choice! The pool was busy a good bit of the time, but we expected that with the number of other volleyball families and usual summer visitors also staying for the week. We will book with Vista Cay next summer if given the opportunity!

Home Away From Home
When your staying at a location for a week you have certain expectations. This property exceeded ours. It has plenty of space we are a family of 4, it allowed everyone just enough space to get away but still together. The amenities that are furnished are enough to cook just about anything you want. The outside grill in the common area is close enough to cook with and still make trips back and forth. Shopping is within walking distance the location was very covenant for what we where doing. We plan on staying here next year.

Great communication from owner and easy check in. Condo was clean, well furnished and large. Plenty of room for my family of 5. The kitchen and rest of condo was well stocked with everything you made need. Good location and nice resort amenities. The description was spot on. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely, spacious condo
We had a great stay at this property over Easter weekend. The owner was very communicative and made the entire rental and check-in process extremely easy. The condo was just as pictured, and it was very well laid out with plenty of space for our family of 2 adults, 2 teens, and 1 tween. It was nice that you could walk to Publix and other conveniences. We especially appreciated the thoughtful tips on places to eat. We'd definitely stay again.
