Location of the property was great, close to shops and restaurants and easy to find. Plenty of space for the family

Property had a lot of cobwebs thought the property, felt a little unkept and some appliances are a bit outdated: fridge didn't always close/stay closed, tv remote didn't always work

AMAZING location, great set up in the house with lots of space. We had a toddle with us too and plenty of space for him. Great washing facilities and kitchen set up. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Good amount of parking.

The towels we were supplied were very small and covered in bleach marks, the house overall was dusty my bedside table and lamp was thick with dust. Bathrooms were cleaned and did smell very strong of bleach. Then to be asked to hoover and mop before you leave we felt was a little cheeky. Lack of toilet rolls, only the ones in the toilets supplied no extra, which didn't last long with 4 adults for 4 days. The house also looked to be needing a lick of paint it seemed to have been a little neglected over time.

Villa was good just noticed quite a lot of long black hair around in the tiled areas which was there when we first arrived so we cleaned that up nothing terrible though

Location wa perfect. Size of Villa was good

Villa was filthy, walls and couches very dirty!! Lots of broken or things that didn't work!!
