Location. The bikes and beach club arrangements, and at reasonable cost if paid for weekly. This was our second visit to Mannois in Orosei and we would definitely consider going again.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, in walking distance from the cosy city centre and easy to park the car. It was above a nice café and a bakery. The room was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the the outside patio to have our breakfast or to have a glass of wine. It was great that we could use sunbeds and an umbrella at the manois beach club!

The only thing to mention hear is that the rooms are quite noisy. We could easily hear our neighbors talk. Fortunately we had ou ear plugs.

Beach club staff

2 air conditioners that worked very well. The water pressure in the shower was strong, washing machine.

The stairs from bedroom up to kitchen was quite small. knife was missing, so could not really cook. A microwave would have been great for our trip to warm food.

Very nice room, very clean and good size. The hosts were very polite and helpful. The bakery downstairs was really good (make sure you get there early). We also got free access to the beach club (but only because it was not peak season). The beach is around 2km away but easy to access by car.

Checking in was confusing. The actual location of the room is not in Google Maps. The Reception desk is at a different location. So they tell you to park at a place (which in the end is across the room) but the Reception is 500m away. It could be explained better and put the rooms location on maps. Also there is some weird cleaning policy that they tell you after you book. If you need a new set of towels then that is an extra charge. If you need a new set of bed linen then it is an extra charge. If you don't clean the dishes on the last day then it is an extra charge.

Convoluted process for getting the keys on arrival. The hotel's beach is not free for the hotel's customers.

Very, very close is a good coffe for 1€ and bakery. Parking on the street without problem and free.

Sometimes Early morning is a big noise from public services on the street

Everything, very good stay, very nice balcony. Well furnished, with all you need for your stay. Excellent bakery in the same building.
