Un scandale. Double réservation sur cet appartement. Nous sommes restés 4 heures sur le trottoir avec un bébé de 18 mois car l'appartement avait été réservé 2 fois par booking ou le propriétaire.
Personne ne nous a aidé même après 2 heures au téléphone avec booking afin que nous soyons relogés.

Beautiful building, perfectly situated between Parc Rapp and the town centre. We had everything we needed and more, WhatsApp communications before, during and after our stay was extremely helpful. Parking in the underground car park was conveniently close.( I apologise to the next guests as I inadvertently drove to Germany with the card in my car😬 sorry ).

Appartamento nuovo, spazioso e ben arredato (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ecc.). Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro e ai bordi di un bel parco. Parcheggio ( a pagamento) adiacente molto comodo. Un grazie particolare ad Aida molto cortese e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente

Het is mooi, best groot en leuk ingericht. Er is tv, een volledig ingerichte keuken (wij gaan meestal op hotel dus is een keuken nu meegenomen), handdoeken, bedden zijn opgemaakt,… Het is wat een hotelservice. Je kan niet in het gebouw eten, maar direct naast de deur is een italiaans barretje waar je wel typisch italiaanse koude gerechten kan eten.
De planken vloer kraakt enorm, elke stap dat je zet maakt veel lawaai. De tweede kamer heeft geen kleerkast, en enkel een sofabed. Onbegrijpelijk dat hier geen normaal bed staat… Het sofabed kraakt ook enorm en is totaal niet comfortabel. Er is geen airco, dus erg warm. Er zijn wel rolluiken en luiken die voortdurend dicht zijn, die iet of wat de warmte tegen houden. Er draait ook dag en nacht een ventilator.
Wat ik wel even kwijt wil, is de onduidelijkheid over de parking. De dame in kwestie zei me bij aankomst dat ik kon parkeren voor 20€/dag, erg dichtbij. Ik betaalde ineens voor 2 dagen (de duur van ons verblijf) samen met de huurprijs. Om 11u de dag van vertrek moest ik de sleutels in de brievenbus binnen steken, als we het appartement verlieten. Ik stuurde de avond voor vertrek een bericht met de vraag wanneer we de parking moesten verlaten. We zijn toegekomen om 16u, dus huur parking (openbare) voor 2d is tot 16u. Ze antwoordde naast de kwestie, we moesten om 11u buiten. Ik herhaalde de vraag, en toen kwam onverwacht (maar pas midden in de nacht): de volgende huurders komen vroeger, tegen 13u. Zij huren de parking ook. Dus ik wil de kaart tegen 13u. Kon die nacht niet slapen door de warmte, en dan ook nog door dat bericht… Waarom werd dit niet op voorhand gecommuniceerd? Wij voelden ons bedrogen… Of je stelt de vraag bij aankomst: huren parking kan voor 20€/dag, tot dag van vertrek 11u, of je zorgt zelf voor parking, tot hoe laat je wil. Nu zouden we én 20€ moeten betalen voor die dag en nog eens elders betalen voor dezelfde dag… Ik antwoordde de ochtend erop, een aantal uren voor vertrek hoe het correct op te lossen, of er een voorstel kwam (vermindering parkeerprijs voor die dag, want ze hebben vermoedelijk een maand/jaarabonnement, het was een kaart zoals een bankkaart, geen wegwerpticketje of éénmalig ticketje), of toch mogen blijven staan tot 16u. Er kwam geen reactie. Enkel een telefoon om 13u, dat ze de kaart moest hebben.

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful location. Really clean and a beautiful garden. Aida met us and she is excellent. Really friendly and willing to help in any way. The apartment is in the centre of everything and overlooks a beautiful park. Would highly recommend.

Tesis, ev konforunda, tarihi bir binada modern dizayn edilmiş, misafirler için her detay düşünülmüş harikaydı. Herşeyden harika olan ise sahibi Aida’nın muhteşem misafirperverliği, yardımseverliği, güler yüzü. Seyahatin başından itibaren ihtiyaçlarımızla ilgilenerek muhteşem bir deneyim yaşamamıza yardımcı oldu. Kendisine yaklaşımı ve sağladığı konfor için müteşekkiriz. Turistik alanlara yakın, ıhlamur kokularının baş döndürücü olduğu büyük bir park alanının hemen yanında konumlanmış bir tesis. Herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

Spacious and stylishly modern decor. Great location, about 10 mins walk from train station, on the edge of the old town. Good value. Clean throughout. Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Great spacious shower with good water pressure. Washing machine. Good communication from Aida and she was punctual to meet us
Washing machine behaves oddly - inaccurate time and white streaks on clothes when done. Floors creaked. Traffic and people noise if bedroom window is open. Sofa not comfortable

We absolutely loved this apartment in Colmar. The location is excellent, you are right on the edge of all the lovely shops and restaurants. There is a car park close by and the host can arrange parking and you have a key card to come and go.
The apartment is spacious and lovely, beautifully decorated and with everything you could possibly need.
Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again as we absolutely loved Colmar.

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Top Lage. Direkt in der Innenstadt.
Wir mussten 2 1/2 Stunden vor Ort warten bis wir am Abend den Schlüssel zur Unterkunft bekamen, obwohl wir unsere Ankunftszeit früh genug angekündigt hatten.

Es una hermosa propiedad reciclada, con todas las comodidades, perfectamente ubicada y con una decoración fabulosa.
Muy limpia, muy bien equipada si quieres cocinar, cama comodisima, un living gigante y posibilidad de conexión a través de tus app para ver películas o series( importante si llueve)
Baño completísimo y ducha excelente.
Realmente bellísima y súper recomendable.
El exhorbitante extra que debimos pagar al llegar a la propiedad, en calidad de “taxes”, sugiero contratarlo con pago directo previo para no tener sorpresas!

The location of the apartment is very good. There are many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
The apartment makes a good impression at first glance. But only at first glance. The mattresses are so soft that you're guaranteed to get back pain. The dishwasher didn't work because it wasn't even plugged in and there was no water supply. There are bicycles and a baby carriage in the hallway that have not been used for years (thick layers of dust). At night, people are constantly making loud deliveries through the hallway. The apartment is extremely noisy.

Super ruim en comfortabel appartement, fijn bed, keuken en badkamer helemaal in orde. Locatie is ook super, je loopt direct het oude centrum in. Parkeren direct ernaast voor 10€/d als je dat vooraf even regelt met José. Perfecte plek voor super stad Colmar!
Niets op aan te merken! Er is weliswaar geen buiten, maar wel een groot park om de hoek:-).

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig - betreten Nachbarn das Haus, ist es schon zu hören. Das war aber nicht weiter schlimm.

We loved the size, space, decor and location of the apartment. We couldn't have wished for better. And walking distance to the train station too. Despite the central location, it was very quiet. We never heard any traffic. Aida was excellent in communication before she met us and then took us through everything in the apartment. We later had a question re the TV and she answered us immediately. Excellent customer service/management. The kitchen was very modern and very well equipped. Shower was huge, and good water power. Loved our stay!
The sofa bed was not comfortable. That was the only issue. Everything else was great!

Veramente difficile trovare un difetto. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile la casa accogliente, pulita e in una posizione ottima.

La ubicación excelente. La cocina muy amplia. El comedor es muy acogedor. El apartamento estaba muy limpio. Aida nos entregó las llaves puntualmente y nos explicó que Restaurantes había por la zona.
El sofá cama no lo especifican en la descripción es muy incomodo tuvimos que dormir en el comedor. Hacía muchísimo ruido los muelles del sofá era imposible dormir. Tampoco informaban que para ir a un dormitorio tienes que pasar por otro, si vas con otra pareja es muy molesto. En la cocina para la llegada del primer día no estaría mal tener como mínimo 1 bayeta y 1 estropajo nuevo, ya no hablamos de 1 simple rollo de cocina. Esos detalles (que son muy baratos) facilitan la estancia en los primeros días.

The communications with the host was good. They used Booking.com and contacted me via WhatsApp. It could have been a bit more informative as to specifics as I was not sure how I was going to get the key, was there a reception or what. When we arrived, Ida was there coming out of a door as we parked outside the apartment. I am glad because there is no reception area. The apartment was shown to me, all was explained and I was given a set of keys and a card to use for the available parking garage ( 50meters down the street ). There were some kitchen items; plates, glassware, utensils, pots & pans, toaster and whatnot if one were to stay awhile and or desire to cook a little.
The Apartment was nice and roomy. An open main room with TV, kitchenette and kitchen dinning table, a bath and separate toilet and a large bedroom. The entertainment selection seemed quite varied. We mainly used YouTube for English language viewing. There was a combination Washer/Dryer all-in-one in the Bath (A simple multi-language users guide would have been nice ( but there was a COMPLETE users manual in French near it ).
We visited in late January and the temps were mild 0-10C or 32-50F and only one day of rain but weather will vary. There were radiators in most rooms and each had its own control. We were very comfortable.
The accommodations were nice and well appointed but shy of luxury or 5 star.
I would recommend the apartment and would look to use them again.
They are 5 minute walk from St Martins and the Grand Rue, 10 minute walk to Petite Vinice, the Fish Mongers area and such.
The parking card that was supposed to open the gate at the garage did not work. We took a ticket to enter as we were now blocking the entrance. Ida had explained that we should not do that as it would cost us BUT I told Ida, the host and she came and took the card and the ticket to the garage and fixed and ensured us that the card was activated. Alas, when we left the card did not work and we had to call the attendant who after some English to French talking/back&forth we were able to get the gate opened.
There were only 4 coffee pods for the Kruupps (Keurig type) for a 2 night stay for two and it made espresso. There was no creamer but there was sugar.
The shower flow at full volume is greater than the drain will accommodate and we found out would overflow out onto the floor. If the drain can not be fixed to keep up with the showers full volume of water then there should be a notice of such.
A recommendation would be to have a simple list of recommended restaurants or food places, hours of operations, cost ($, $$, $$$, $$$$) in the apartment such as,
Recommended Coffee and specialty coffee/latte spots
Recommended Bakery / Pastry shops (We found some excellent ones and loved one at the corner of St Martins square)
Recommended Quick food Restaurants (such as the Afghan cafe just across the street)
Recommended Sit down Restaurants for a more formal meal or for a full breakfast (by the way the Cafe Rapp just out the door and is a little of both and is open later than most - past 7pm anyway)

Well located, spacious, beautiful apartment. We only stayed for the weekend but it was well equipped for longer stays.
Worst bed ever.
Street level so it's a bit noisy and you have to keep the curtains shut all the time.
Only 2 capsules of coffee available for a weekend stay...

The housekeeper Aida is really responsible and welcoming. She tried to make sure everything went perfect for us.
The location is great, close to everything, especially a secure parking garage, Parking Place Rapp. Aida gave us a commutation ticket of that garage, which saved us a few bucks a day.
The apartment is quite spacious and well equipped with everything we need to make our stay comfortable. But the floor might need fixing, for it would make some noise whenever we walked around.
The only problem with the apartment is the annoying noise on the street. Some insane drivers, as well as motorists would make so much noise by circling around the corner. If we closed the window to shut out the noise, it would get stuffy inside because the apartment is not air-conditioned. Though we know it’s costly to install an air-conditioner in France, it can make a good investment after all.
