we have experienced the spa in the hotel and it was amazing. Also, the staff and manager of the hotel are super super friendly and very helpful.

Rooms were tight Breakfast not upto the standard specially having pork mixed with other food options making it not suitable for Muslim guests.

It was mentioned that is a family only hotel, but sadly it wasn't! I was traveling with my wife and we wanted just to sleep. The next room to us was booked by 3 yong mans drunk, screaming and saying bad words and playing music all the night. The phone in the room was not working so i went to reception and asked for another room but the recepcionist denied my request. The chef security went to the other room. They stopped screaming for only 15min! We couldn't sleep all the night!!! In the room there was a book with the hotel services and timing, it was mentioned that there is a late breakfast from 10 to 11:30pm, we went to the restaurant at 10:15 and it was closed, they told us that the breakfast is over and you can ask for a payed breakfast! If you are traveling with your family this is not the right place and i highly disrecommed this barn!!

i have been to tunisia about 20 times since my wife is Tunisian and we always stay in hotels . never had such a bad experience. staff NOT as friendly as I have seen in other hotels in Tunisia, Basically all staff look as if they are forced to work! you go to the bar ask for a drink they just look at you listen to your order, and go away and bring and put it in front of you and go away!! no effort to be pleasant. Restaurant; being all-inclusive there is buffet-style food. as soon as you arrive at the restaurant the issued ticket taken from you by the manager assigns you to a table and you have to sit at the same table every night during your stay. Interestingly enough the night before last I went to restaurant alone as my wife and daughter didn't want to eat. the table assigned to us was missing together with our blue ticket. So I just sat at a table without any blue ticket which meant it was not assigned to anybody. as soon as I sat down with a plate of salad in my hand, this rude waiter rushed toward me waving his finger at me telling me to get up and go back to the resturant manager at the door and ask for permission to sit down at a table. I did and the manager said no problem just sit where you want. that waiter made me feel very bad being treated like that after paying £1000 for a week at a 3/4 star hotel Quality of Food : salad bar good with lots of choices main meals : if you just want to feel your belly there is a lot of it .and a lot of choice, they all "look" good but apart from cheese pizza nothing else tastes as it should, spaghetti just tastes as if a Can of tomato juice being poured over it no taste, meats are tough and dry, even the local food like lamb Couscous which should be at least good the lamb felt like rubber . My wife said but guests seem to be eating the food, i think they had no choice, perhaps like us they thought they paid for it so they have to eat it. the desert bar is good with good choice and good taste,

Location, reception staff especially the manager of hotel Ms. Hamida & Ms. Soumaia the morning receptionist. They're so helpful and kind .

All of hote needs renovation . There're no chaise longues enough for all guests on the pools or the beach . It needs a kids area & a kids club . After renovation and maintenance I bet that awesome hotel will deserve to be a 5 stars hotel . Activities and the aqua on the pool has to be until 6 pm not 5 pm .

A significant amount of money was stolen from the room despite the red "do not disturb" sign. The management did nothing to help, so I had to turn it into a police investigation. Door logs displayed that the cleaner entered our room while we were away on a 2 day tour provided by the hotel. The water in the room (shower, sink, toilet) smells of mould. When we first settled in, we were given a room smaller than we booked, with a broken air-conditioning (in peak summer season). After complaining on booking.com, the manager gave us the room that we booked.

Property is average but I am sure that because of high season and lot of vacationers that could make little effort and don't throw their wastes anyhow

The staff were amazing, the place was clean, the animation team was the best and played a great role in making our stay wonderful.

The water in the swimming pool was too salty and sometimes you could come across some dirt in it.
