Everything was just perfect..from arrival to departure. Staff was excellent, polite, efficient.

Breakfast, room arrangement and staff were all excellent. I liked the quiet location and the big privacy secured by the bungalows' layout. The ocean view from the bedroom is outstanding. The place is very romantic and ideal for an escape with your sweetheart.

Since it is in a kind of isolated area, a "free" shuttle service to Miyako-jima town center would be welcome, because the cost of commuting to city center is not really cheap (about 5.000 yen back and forth). Also the hotel's bicycle usage should be free, because 2.000 yen/bicycle does not make any sense, considering the cost of the room. Again, a check out time at 11:00 is just to early , it should be until 13:00, a normal practice in "five stars" resorts and hotels. Moreover, the charge of 6.000 yen/hour for extending the check out is absurd, for me it is a "rip off".

The location, the hotel staff, the kitchen chef were beyond nice and professional - one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.

Hotel staff doesn't speak English or any other language. Use the Google translator app in your phone and you will get along just fine :)
