Location. 5 min walk from the bus station and also from main street, the Corso.

Not applicable - have stayed in B&BCappuccini a number of times and place is always clean, tidy, bathroom spotless and good breakfast presented daily

B&B Cappuccini is situated just off the centre of Avellino, 3 min walk and just a 5-min walk from the new Bus Station, ideal for arrival from Naples Airport or going there for the return. Room is very clean and comfortable, breakfast good and well served by the lady who does the housekeeping in the morning. Third time we used this B&B and not disappointed, good and friendly service, very clean B&B, in quiet area of town.

Being told the machine for credit card payment had not been working for 20 days. This is not on! Get it fixed! It is the law in Italy that businesses must accept debit/credit card for payment, so machine must be working at all times. Tourists/visitors nowadays use credit cards or debit cards, so the POS machine must be working. Just an excuse to get cash instead. Poor excuse and not good for business. I ended up paying by cc but this excuse left me somewhat disappointed, totally unnecessary. We had been to Rome, Florence and Milano before taking train south to Avellino and had no problem anywhere paying by card, whatever the amount. Apart from this, everything else was very good.

Location is nice, apartment cosy, fine stuff.

The B&B is small but very comfortable , very clean and the owner, Fausta, is a very nice person and makes you very welcome
