Best breakfast ever, free shuttle, friendly staff and very comfortable room and bed, and the views from the roof top pool, will be the only place we stay in kuta now.

bruit dans les couloirs, portes et bruits du passage des gens et du personnel. je n' y retournerai plus pour cette raison. tres mal dormi. vue horrible sur des cours arrière de maison en trvavaux.

The location is convenient and so close to the beach. Staff are helpful and friendly and the hotel is well kept and clean.

Great breakfast with variety of food. They also have laundry. Walking distance to Kuta Baruna Beach. The pool on the rooftop has an excellent view. We also benefit with the shuttle service to the airport.

Pick up at the airport was great. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast very good. Staff were great. Will stay there again.

The fact that for one very reasonable price, you get a comfortable room, transfers, evening meal and breakfast all in! The rooftop bar area also made for a very comfortable area to relax, sunbathe, swim and have a drink in between flights. Staff were generally friendly and accomodating. The included evening meal is 3 course, with a fair amount of choice (Asian and Western options) and of very good quality, It was also a bonus that they had a laundry room.

Breakfast, although there was a fair amount of options... the hot counter catered more for Asians than Westerners. Evening meals felt a little rushed... although nobody wants to wait too long for their meal, its not ideal to have your main sat on the table whilst you're still eating your starter.

Proximity to DPS Airport, the breakfast was excellent, rooms was clean and comfortable. And the property is just a few steps from the beach!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. All staff are very pleasing... Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel water was not up to the mark, both utility and proivded drinking water....

Чистичко и в близост до плажа. Басейна на покрива беше с красива гледка.

Имаше мравки в стаята. Не се отваряше Прозореца, нямаше балкон. За уелкъм Дринк избора беше бира или бира. Всяка сутрин за 7нощувки имахме сок от портокал и сок от гуава, други сокове в Бали няма… свежите зеленчуци също бяха едни и същи. Плодовете се разнообразяваха с по вид на ден, а ако си поискаш персонала ти изважда от кухнята и ти сервира този, който желаеш.

Бассейн с баром на крыше. Хорошие завтраки. Чистый аккуратный отель. За 2 доллара можно самому постирать и высушить вещи в прачечной. Очень дружелюбный персонал отеля. Рядом много магазинчиков, массажных салонов, большой супермаркет в 10 минутах ходьбы, там же множество баров.

Одна дверь в ванной, которая закрывает или душевую кабину или вход в ванную комнату. Можно пользоваться территорией соседнего отеля, но не бассейном.

The pool was good, close to airport and Kuta beach

The rooms were noisy, I couldn’t sleep at night because the wall between rooms are close, you literally can hear someone on the other side of the room talking, I told the receptionist, they couldn’t do anything about it, it’s shame such a hotel, the walls don’t have soundproof, if you sleep early then good luck with the rooms

O atendimento é bom, café-da-manhã muito bem variado, foge do padrão das acomodações normais de Bali e oferece um buffet de hotel com várias comidas típicas. A piscina era boa, fui e tinha poucas pessoas o que deixou ainda mais agradável. A limpeza era boa, tudo funcionando. A cama era bem confortável.

Achei que a área do lounge não era das melhores, os espaços de uso coletivo achei pouco atrativo, o que não convida a ficar muito no hotel nos momentos de espera.

Slow pick-up from the airport (it took a while for the driver to take the car from the parking, then we had to wait for another passenger of a different flight) I contacted the staff prior to the trip sending also photos asking whether the continental European plug would fit the Indonesian one. I was given the wrong information via email/what's up to found out once in the room it was possible to charge my phone without any power adapter. Not the best experience in terms of communication and info provided The coffee at breakfast from the coffee machine is pretty average.

Its proximity to both the airport and the beach makes this hotel a nice preference for airport transit with a little bit of time. I arrived in the evening, and have an afternoon flight the next day. Still had enough time for a morning run along the beach. Airport shuttle (both ways) were on time and efficient. But what exceeded my expectation is the availability of a la carte breakfast - apart from the buffet - that is customizable so as a vegetarian I was able to have protein packed breakfast (with eggs and mushrooms).

They made a very minor mistake of bringing me bacon in my breakfast (I did not order bacon), but it was quickly rectified.

This place is close to the airport and an easy walk to the beach and great Warungs. The team are welcoming and everyone is genuinely friendly. Breakfast is a delightful bonus.
