Tutto, la camera risulta ancora più bella di presenza rispetto alle foto, accessoriata di tutti i confort e zona consigliatissima e comoda. Un ringraziamento speciale alla cordialità e alla gentilezza del personale, siete stati tutti super gentilissimi e disponibili, ritornerò, grazie di tutto!

Good location, clean, nice place, responsive staff

Super small room, I had never stayed in a such small room! It is like a closet! Rather claustrophobic, no real window, just an opening in a roof. Rooms this size should not be allowed by European norms!

The room was very clean and comfortable although a little dark. The bed was excellent and we had a street and roof top view from the small balcony. Overall we had a quiet and restfull stay. It was some distance from the station and town but right next to the tram line which was great for getting around and exploring Messina once we worked it out!

No real negatives. The lighting as I mentioned was slightly dark but probaly great for a romantic tone!

The structure is in excellent condition, especially when compared to what's available. The owners are young, friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and beautifully finished in a modern key. During your stay, the employees will politely ask you if anything is needed. Guests keep the noise at a minimum; as far as noise, I didn't hear a thing. They also have a quaint lounge upstairs, with a terrace overlooking the canal and Calabria; you must check it out while you're there. Overall, the price is great considering the quality of the stay. I would go back.

The host was very friendly and the place very clean. Mine was a last minute booking and this place give the possibility to be in the centre but still have a quite space where to relax for the night. Good found!

They have tea and coffee facilities and they bring you breakfast in the room. But the greatest facility is the access to a covered terrace, which is very beautiful.

The shutters from the windows scratch the night and the sound bothers you especially if it is very windy, as I had the bad luck.
