good location and very quiet. great watching birds and animals on the land behind the flat,

very basic cooking facilities but ok. would be useful to have an iron and hairdryer.

We have been in several flats over 19 visits to Goa some good some not so but we were both so delighted when we arrived, firstly for the really spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment, but also our lovely hosts Stella and Francis..our stay was made so enjoyable..It is a great apartment on the 3rd floor but new lifts..so very easy access, nicely painted very secure and a lovely peaceful position well away from the very busy road..lots of birds out in the woods behind..great balcony..Micon has been renovated and it looks so smart and the pool is lovely now..thank to our superb hosts

Having to leave and come home we could have stayed so.much longer

Well located residential apartment complex close to shops and restaurants. Our apartment on 3rd floor with balcony overlooking water meadows and trees. Fabulous pool, set in well tended gardens. Owner very helpful in getting us settled & helping us get a phone connected. Cleaner came every 3 days to change linens & left the place nice and tidy.

Very basic kitchen amenities. Poolside chairs very poor and broken. Noise at night from howling dogs- obviously this is not the owners fault!

Basically, everything. Friendly, helpful owners and maid. Great location close to beach, restaurants, shops etc. Very quiet. Great view from the balcony - 180 degrees of Goa nature. Bathroom with washing machine and powerful warm water shower. Strong wi-fi Swimming pool My stay was over way to quickly and if I go to Goa would def stay again.

Its not a negative-just a suggestion....a toaster and a pair of scissors would make the kitchen even better

The location is good, it’s only 100meters from the start of the town where you will find shops and great restaurants, The apartment is spacious, with nice long balcony over looking the fields.

Shineshine Park Home’s Benaulim in Micon . This 1 bedroom apartment fell short of what it described as its behind basic, for the price , There are lots of other apartments by other owners, that comes from a home from home feeling, the price is at least 900rupes per night more than others in the Micon so shop wisely .. The missing things that are in all other appartments in the Micon are 1 No Air conditioning in lounge ,(it’s a sweat box ) 2 At least 2 further sauspans ( they only have 1 small milk pan and a small frying pan) 3 ironing board and iron ( was requested but said it doesn’t come with it) 4 The bed had 2 mattresses on it , 1 was a typical indian cotton filled, rock soiled . The 2nd mattress under the 1st one we unwrapped it and placed it on top of the 1st mattress this To was firm with very little soft topping, so if you suffer with hip pain you really will suffer! 5 no lamp shade on lights. 6 one 1 bedside cabinet and no bedside lights, 7 The tables knifes are chopping knifes not table knifes, 8 basic kitchen utensils for basic cooking as there is only 1 electic cooking ring 9 no toaster, ( some other guest broke it , so we were told they don’t replace things that others have broke!! 10 Cotten towels ( they are that rubbish nylon that don’t dry you) 11 No Top sheet bed linen . We also raised comments about the 2kitchen cupboards that we were used as wardrobes, the reply was . They came with the apartment and didn’t want to take them down because it would bamage the walls!!!! What a strange concept? This whole apartment is very basic and we finally got a microwave and a wardrobe after a few texts , but were refused iron, and iron board, toaster, The owners are lovely people but there reasoning for such poorly equipped apartment is , people broke it so we decided not to replace it, not the correct answer, We found 3 other apartments we real home from home furnishings.
