So happy here! The customer service is everything. I was so happy with the treatment and kindness of the house owner - Rebeca took care of our arrival, explained in details self check-in even with a little video and photos of the gate to drive in, so it was so easy to start our stay. Excellent communication from the start to end, I felt so welcomed here, like at home! 🥰 - A small tip on how to get there more comfortably: there are generally quite steep hills with tiny roads in El Paso, so I recommend to take the main road to get around and drive to the accommodation from the hill down instead of using GPS and travel via little roads up (they can be quite challenging for drivers that are not used to them). Also, remember the green HiperDino supermarket as an orientation point :) We were give an apartment downstairs, everything was clean and ready. Super spacious kitchen, privacy, equipment to make coffee, tea, even washing machine in the bathroom! The best thing was probably the SWIMMING POOL. And the views at volcanos, including Cumbre Vieja - TOP! At the end of November, we were swimming in the pool - a little colder water but for a quick swim and relax absolutely super. There is a shower outside, so it’s a plus! I recommend this place/area of El Paso if you plan to explore the south/west of the island, as it’s a great “strategy” point - this part is a lot warmer (we had around 26°C), ideal for a beach holiday, exploring volcanos, seeing banana plantations, shopping, eating out (huge supermarket around the corner and lots and lots of restaurants, cafeterias, authentic food… there were even recommendations in the apartment which we greatly appreciated :) It feels also safe to walk around at night. Nice view, nice position in the middle of the island, grocery shops next door. They look after the property regularly.

Hard to park the car, the flat is almost underground with not much light.

Had a fantastic rooftop view of the volcano. Even better then the church location that most people congregated at. The pool would be fantastic as well but it was shut because it is November and there is ash everywhere.

It was quite hard to find even with satnav as it is down a tiny road. Also it was quite difficult to get the car in even though I was driving a small hatchback. Only a minor issue though

The hostess was super kind and responded quickly to our questions through Booking.com. The house was very nicely furnished, clean and lots of space. We had a private parking spot right in front of our door. And as volcanologists, it was a great location to monitor the current volcanic eruption of the Cumbre Vieja on La Palma.

If I really have to say something, the water pressure in the shower was quite low.

Good location in El Paso, spacious apartment with all the commodities. Fresh despite the heat wave.

Location nearby main road and in walking distance from a really big supermarket and other shops. Location is central on the island so a very good starting point to explore the whole island. Private parking on site. We had the apartment with two bedrooms and ocean view. This apartment is on the second floor of the building, to be reached by stairs, and the view from the apartment is really good. Also the apartment was clean, very spacious and well-equipped (soap. douching gel, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, etc.). A lot of daylight in the apartment. There was also a free cake on arrival. Warm shower. There was also a wood stove. Lot of storage possibilities. A tablet was present with information about the islands, things to do, beaches, activities that you can book, etc. Communication in very good English with the owner which was very convenient.

Unfortunately, we were disturbed by a lot of noise either from the guests below (crying young child) [ however this was by far not the biggest issue which was ---> ] or the multiple dogs from a citizen in the neighborhood. Luckily we had professional ear plugs so we slept well but otherwise it would be impossible to get a good night's rest. This is not the fault of the owner however especially the noise from the dogs, constant barking through the day and through the whole night, is completely unacceptable and we were surprised that Spanish neighbours who live there permanently accept this situation. We would definitely return if this issue was to be resolved.
