All the staff are very friendly and helpfull. The villa is very comfortable in conditions for a family vacation, the location is quite good and safe. Lot of clean towels. The kitchen equipment is quite complete. The swimming pool is big enough and the water is clean enough too.

At night the front room unit is a little bit noisy on weekends at night and there is leaking air conditioner water at that unit also. No spare blanket and no foot mats in the bath room.

Very good value for money. Staff were always available as onsite most times of the day, and very Friendly too. Location is superb, close to all things Seminyak. Ample parking out front and easy to find. Absolutely gorgeous gardens and pool to relax in. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and ice trays! And unlimited water from purifier. Heaps of Space through the house and gardens.

If you are tasty to mosquitos then you’re going to have a rough time here. We tried everything to prevent them, sprays, coils, oils, but they get in everywhere as the doors to the house or bedrooms do not seal. The toilets are outside so a quick run from the bedroom to bathroom will see you with multiple bites each time. Getting dressed, bitten, couch time, bitten, maybe we’re just tasty Aussies and I suppose you have to expect this with outside amenities and a pool but it’s not a comfortable, pleasant experience. Pool chlorine was itching and rashing, Perhaps Ketut needs a new pool tester. Millipedes are the real owners of the Villa, they are everywhere and are ikky if stepped on, and you will mistakenly step on them. Villa is dated, which adds a nice charm in my opinion but still, all bedroom and bathroom doors don’t slide properly, bedroom lighting is too dim, kitchen cupboards are not user friendly so most things are just kept on top of bench, shower heads slide down the height adjustment shaft and don’t stay in place, cold showers at times as hot water disappeared. But you get what you pay for and this is still good value to be sure.

Housekeeping staff and Mr Ketut were great, very helpful and accommodating, Swimming pool and garden are terrific.

The rooms were big specially the one on the upper floor. There are toilets for every room. The kitchen is functional. Lots of places to hang out as a group or alone (if you so prefer). Very nice garden too. Close to shops, market and beach.

The design of the bathrooms for the 2 downstairs rooms were interesting - might not be for everyone. It is an open air bathroom so one wall opens up to the back garden.
