Excellent views, spacious and well-supplied apartment.

Our stay was in winter and the apartment is very cold. We could not get hot water to come out of the big bathroom.

We picked this accommodation because we were told there was dedicated parking. This was not true! In fact we could not even fit our car down the streets located in the area as there were so many cars parked on both sides. We had to find a parking garage blocks away and drag our luggage through the streets. When we arrived, the residents of the building were in the lobby arguing with each other over building problems. They were rude to us and made it clear that "travelers" were NOT welcome in the building. The hot water took 40 minutes to warm up and during this time you could not run the air conditioner. This was only for 1 of the 2 bathrooms and it was difficult for 5 people to use one shower. It was an overall terrible experience!

the location is about a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis museum and another 5/8 minutes gets you into Plaka. very convenient for two couples or a family witj big kids as it has to two bathrooms although one of which is a bit small in size . the Host Takis takes great care and is superb .

the lift to the apartment can take only 2 pax in one go as it’s an old lift and the building itself is a bit old . the maintenance needs an upgrade as the lighting systems are a challenge . bedroom curtains are made of the thinnest fabric ever made !

Absolutely NOT a luxury accommodation. this is misleading . Having to turn on hot water 20 minutes before a shower which meant you turned off the power on another sector leaving you with No air conditioning was ridiculous . the beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. it was horrendously run down with badly marked toilet seats, very old and grubby walls and skirting boards. the l neighborhood is not up market or attractive. there was not much to like

Great accommodation with wonderful view to Acropolis. The apartment id situated in a very nice area, close to main attractions in Athens. We would stay here again.

Beautiful large, light filled lounge with a large terrace. Nice decor and artworks around the apartment. Spacious bed and bedroom. Great sized apartment with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Friendly host met me in the evening. Shops and cafes close by. View of the Acropolis from the balcony only.

The fridge was a bit noisy, so you need to keep the kitchen door closed. Curtains were not dark enough and I could see the neighbours in their apartment!

Fantastic location next to a variety of places for sightseeing and going / eating out. Quiet flat and with good views of the Acropolis from the balcony. Big space and with 2 bathrooms which worked well for us. Clean, well equipped and accurately shown in pictures. Communication with the host was easy and quick, he kindly arranged for us transfer and late check out.

Wifi was weak in some areas of the flat. Decoration could do with a bit of freshening up but not really an issue, just a suggestion for improvement.

The terrace is just stunning. Quite big, with two stretchers and a table with 3 seats. The view of the Parthenon is just breathtaking. This is easily the best point of the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped and contains already the most basic stuff for cooking. That's excellent! The staff also deserves kudos for being super helpful and patient. Amazing service. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. Great for people travelling in a small group.

The beds are comfortable but could be better. They are hard on the surface but still soft somehow. This is a bit of nitpicking, as we really did not have any issue with the apartment or the location. We were talking in the terrace at night and a neighbor complained. It wasn't very loud so I assume having any kind of celebration or party-like scenario on the terrace at night would be a no go. You can always close the doors and I assume it would be much better for the neighbors sleeping with windows open.

The view is amazing,the rooms are big and clean,there's a balcony overlooking the Acropolis, where you can relax ,the area is safe (we left the car parked there a whole day and night) and the owner is very nice and helpful.There's also an elevator( the apartment is on the 4th floor).
