Very central to everything!

Location is fantastic. Can't ask for better.

Hot water is a Major issue. Tank is barely enough for 1to 2 persons simultanously. If you're a family of 4, it will take long. For the steep price being paid, it would have been nice to have more than 2 coffee capsules and have washing machine soap. Had to run and buy.

Having a code door lock was great and the check in process was very easy thanks to being provided pictures of each step The location was also amazing- everything right on the doorstep Also great glazed windows to keep apartment quiet

The bathroom didn’t drain very well/sink got blocked quite easily, and we had to turn on the hot water ourselves and wait for it to heat up when we got there which wasn’t very convenient

Upstreet were professional and always very fast to respond. The apartment itself is spacious and clean. The area surrounding the apartment has plenty of restaurants and is very close to all the main attractions.

The lamp in the living room was too low so I would hit my head on it.

Our family of 6 rented apartments D1 and D5 on the 4th floor. The reservations staff were very helpful in making sure we got 2 apartments on the same floor. Reservations staff were excellent in making sure we had completed the web check in forms correctly, and we had no issues accessing entrance to the building and the apartments--it was clearly laid out with location photographs and directions. The apartments are exactly as photographed, except not nearly as brightly lit. The places were spacious, clean, and the beds were very good. The windows had exterior roll-down blinds that made the rooms nice and dark and helped to block out a bit of the street noise. We had EXCELLENT access to all the major sights in Athens--we walked everywhere. We were very pleased to stay here, and it made our time in Athens that much more enjoyable. Thank you!

Just little things--more clothes hangers would be appreciated, more consistent information regarding what actually is recycle and what is garbage, and only 1 apartment had a welcome/info binder with laundry instructions, etc. The reservations team was typically able to answer my questions in 12-24 hours, and these items were not major for sure.

Only the fact that the apartment was located in the city center and it was clean.

If you plan to stay during winter, i don't recommend. No central heating as they said, the AC on heat warmed up the apartment only with a couple of degrees when outside there were 4 degrees. Hot water was not working, even after we switched it on, from a switch hidden behind a canvas, waited for one hour for the warm, not hot, water to come, but it didn't. The staff blamed us that we didn't know how to switch on a heat button. Very poor experience overall and i even got sick because of how cold it was. We checked out after one night.

This apt has a great location, on one of the small streets around Ermou and it's surrounded by cafes and stores, being 4 mins away by foot from Syntagma square. It s very spacious, even having a small cozy balcony that has a lateral partial view of the Acropolis. The staff was pleasant and open to discussion, when the situation asked for it, so we appreciated that. The living room was great for having some friends over for lunch or watch some movies on Netflix (access is complimentary). The kitchen was equiped with basic tools having a couple of coffee capsules, washing pods and cleaning supplies. All in all, the apt was a good experience.

We were unlucky enough to get there when the apt next door was under renovation so our first 3 mornings have been a total nightmare. The walls are very thin and we could hear the hammering like it was near our bed, from 07:30 in the morning till 14:00 so no way to sleep in or get some rest. The next mornings (except the weekend) we could hear a constant buzz but, at leats, it was similar to white noise so we somehow slept through it. We advise getting informed if there will be contruction in the building before booking, as, as I already said, the walls are extremely thin.

the water pressure can be stronger, and corridors were not well-lit

Very clean, beddings same quality as 5 star hotels, kitchen is complete and well stocked with basic items, bathrooms initially stocked with high quality shampoo and body wash. And best of all, perfect location for exploring Athen’s historic district!

The ground floor entrance is not appealing but hey this is not a 5 star hotel. the area is very safe and there’s a lot of restaurants and stores just downstairs

There was a leak in the bedroom during the night. It was dripping on the bed, down the walls and on the floor. Unfortunately nothing was unable to be done at the time so we had to move furniture and clean it up. Thankfully it was weather related and the weather cleared so we had no further issues. No compensation was offered by the management company, except they replaced the towels we had to use to clean it up. We had to push and eventually got that night refunded. Apart from this everything was fine.

it was centrally located in plaka. access to stores and restaurants. It was clean and Percy for a family of 3.

The requirement for a form to be filled out should have been sent at least a week in advance as people are usually too busy 2-3 days before an overseas travel to pay attention to these things, especially since it was unique to this place. no other place requires this form. we had to wait for a long time to get access as we had no phone or WiFi connection. it was not an ideal way to start our vacation. once we begged and borrowed from nearby restaurants to make calls and get WiFi connection and we were given access, the apartment number was wrong which required another trip to the nearly restaurant for access. Even at that point they missed to give us the code for the entry which required another call to them. AND, the next day I witnessed another family struggle in the same exact way. so it wasn’t just us. they need to change their policy or be more proactive.

Location was fabulous for walking around touristy and other parts of Athens. The balcony (with view of Acropolis from BED!) was divine- bathed in sunlight during the afternoons for sunbathing too. Well-appointed, clean and central. Great value and certainly recommend! Hosts were fabulous with very clear instructions to enter/exit.

The water pressure of the shower wasn't great - but that's to be expected on the 6th floor in an ancient city! Otherwise fab.

Great location to visit Athens

The apartement was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect for whom need to visit the city and most of alla the Acropolis. All is near and you can go walking everywhere from there

Maybe I would move the sofa on the opposit wall because the AC is direclty above and when you sleep there it's too cold

The beds were extremely comfortable. Location was very central and very easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of shops, restaurants, and sights nearby. Very helpful to have the rental company send a link for transportation booking options to and from the airport. Checkin and checkout was smooth due to the use of smartlocks and great instructions sent ahead of time.

Fantastic location. The photos didn’t do the view justice. The apartment has absolutely everything you would need for a multi-night stay (washing machine, drying rail, iron etc.)

The shower was slow to drain but everything else was perfect!

The location is perfect, it's so nice. You are so close to great shopping, restaurants, historical sites, etc. The instructions to get in were very clear and the apartment itself very comfortable. The living room was my favorite part with Netflix, a comfy couch, and nice light. I was there for work and was able to use the iron. Shower was great, Bedroom was very nice and you can make it completely dark.

Access to the apartment is via a code - I'm not sure if the code is changed often but it made me a little insecure that anyone with the short code could enter. I think it would be good if there were a lock inside. The kitchen was very basic but I didn't really use it much
