Very clean

I told the reception staff no need to change the bed linens and clean room till checkout day because only I use. I just asked them to pick up rubbish only. But thank you, they changed the bed linens. It’s good but I didn’t need. Please share those information within staff.

ロビーのテーブルで同じグループのビジネスマンの方たちが7,8人ほどPCを広げてミーティングなのか、長い時間占領していて、エレベーターから降りる際に騒がしく感じました。利用の条件等を設けてはどうかと思いましま。

A poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione Shimbashi, che collega molti punti strategici della città e molte linee metro. Camera pulitissima! Bagno con doccia eccezionale!

La dimensione della stanza era forse un po’ troppo piccola per tre persone con altrettanti bagagli…

This hotel room was clean, quiet, with enough room to maneuver a suitcase around and with all the amenities I expected. The shower was large enough, and got hot enough for my liking.

Room cleaning was irregular. On check in, I was informed my room would be cleaned every 3 days. However, even if I was gone, my room was not cleaned on the 3rd or 4th day, I had to wait for the 5th. If you're looking to get work done, this hotel isn't the place. The WiFi could have been better and there's no chair with a back, only a stool. I don't like Shimbashi, but that's not this hotel's fault. In the evening, there's some touts in between the nearest major station and the hotel.

I liked the room size - it was indeed as described and enough space for 2 adults. The bed was comfortable but once I had to take off the sheets to put the luggage on - the same was not really clean ....but it wasn't too bad. I loved the location of the hotel. 5min walk to shimbashi JR station where metro connection is available too. Hotel was quiet and staff friendly. All good

The mattress was not that clean. They also only cleaned 1time during 1week stay.

Overall I got what I paid for; which was a modest sum.

新橋駅から徒歩役10分で羽田空港まで電車で直行で行けたのでアクセスが良かった。

ホテルのランドリーが壊れていたので近くのコインランドリーまで洗濯しに行かないといけなかったのが不便だった。 フロントの無料コーヒーサービスが あるのは良いがアメリカンとエスプレッソのみでカフェラテが壊れていた。 部屋が狭い。一泊の値段が高い割にブュッフェの朝食が付いていないのでThe B浅草の方が良い。

Rooms are clean and practical.
