Poorly maintained house with unattractive assortment of tired furniture. Many kitchen supplies lacking. Dryer in cluttered, filthy garage was so dirty a king size pillowcase of lint was removed. Grill also non-functional. Black brocade bedspread/ pillows in Primary BR. Dark interior throughout. Take a lesson from our poor choice!

The house is clean but is need of some updating. The decor, e.g. bed spreads and mismatched pool chairs need to be replaced

This location is easy to get to the beach as well as close to shopping. Not exactly walking distance to shopping or food but a very close drive. This property was clean and had an open airy feel to it. The furniture is in decent shape but an older more formal style. Lots of glass table tops and some glass decor (which we moved so our toddler wouldn’t break) The pictures of the furniture is accurate. The floor is tile throughout which made for easy clean up. The pool was nice. There is a covered area with a table out back looking at the pool and a couple of lounge chairs scattered around the pool. The pool is under a screened in cage. We didn’t have any bugs in the spring but it was a nice feature. The 3 bedrooms were all nice, drawers available for storage and closets with hangers available. Iron and ironing board available. Towels in bathroom were adequate although it would have been nice to have more beach towels available. There was only enough for one trip to the pool or beach so when trying to do both in one day we had to scramble to get them dry to reuse. Walk to the beach is less than 1 mile and it is safe to walk or ride bikes. An added bonus would be if the rental had bikes available to use. It is close to a mile to walk and a bike would make it much easier. With so much stuff to lug and 3 younger kids we just drove and parked in the Vanderbilt parking garage, $10 a day, easy if you get there early, lot opens at 8. Still lots of construction being done around Vanderbilt beach and surrounding area because of the hurricane in 2022 but it’s getting there. The folding beach chairs had a lot of wear and tear and the pictured beach cart pictured in the photos was broken. However the homeowner did say he would take care of it for future renters. Plenty of silverware and dishes. Laundry and dishwasher available to use. They had dishwasher pods available and dish soap and some paper towels and dish towels. There were a few random spices and things available in the cupboard. Refrigerator was clean and empty. Ice and water available on refrigerator. Working microwave, plenty of pots and pans, knives, casserole dish, some various baking pans available including a bunt pan. Several TV’s, dvd player in main room, direct tv, no gaming systems. Overall we had a great time! I would give it a 4.6 stars. Not perfect but it had a lot of great features and if we plan another trip to Naples we would stay here again.

My daughter and I vacationed at this home for spring break. The location was fantastic. We were just under 1.5 miles from Vanderbilt Beach which is a wonderful beach with a calm ocean for swimming. There is a parking ramp right next to the beach access. After spending the morning at the beach we headed back to the house and enjoyed the rest of the day around the pool. The pool/patio area was perfect! The home was well stocked with plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc. and was close to several grocery stores. There are beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. We would definitely stay again.

Nice home, needs some modern updating. Len (property manager-I think) was very responsive to any concerns that we had.

Great property centrally located with all the amenities you could ask for when renting a house. Close to beaches and nice restaurants. Highly recommend.

This house was in a perfect location, just a short walk to Vanderbilt beach. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We booked last minute due to another property not being ad described and we were so lucky this was available for our stay. We met the neighbors who happened to be from our area and they we super friendly.. We had a lovely time at this property, it’s well maintained and in a beautiful neighborhood in Naples Park.

House was just as pictured. Close to everything and, being July, we were in the pool a LOT. Appreciated the passes to the beach park, as well. Had just a few minor questions and the owner was quick to respond and very helpful. We'll be back!
