The apartment was clean, really modern and the owner was really kind!

clean fresh well maintained and up to a good spec .
toilet rolls in the basket to take as and when needed is great and the bowl of sweets is a nice touch .
lovely quite location and the electronic shutters are great for a good dark nights sleep
would have been nice if there was a pool or maybe a swim hot tub type of a pool just to cool down in a relax but I get that space would be the issue .
the facility /cafe bar type set up below would be nice if finished so you can sit down in the terrace and enjoy a beer or a coffee . I’m sure this will come with time

Top apartments, super clean and really nice design, location is close to the beach few minutes walking, local market is around the corner and owner is really nice and helpful, they also have restaurant in town center Liburnija with really good food

The setting of apartment was perfect. A big cozy apartment, clean and organised. Everything was in place as it should be. The man who accepted us and gave us the keys personally was very polite, knew all the info that we needed about the town. Apartment complex is located 5 minutes away from the beach by foot as described.
11/10 will come back!

Everything was absolutely amazing. From the location, to the staff, to the amazing room/balcony it was perfect. definitely will stay here again next time I am in Biograd. close near the beach, 5 minute walk. to downtown- if you take the boardwalk by the beach only takes 10-15 minutes. not bad at all!!

our stay was amazing, but I took of a small point due to the WiFi being very slow and the front door of the building was never locked during nights. we arrived one night late around 0200 and the door was unlocked.

Location was great, about 5 min. walk to the beach, apartma was very nice, neat, and just like it’s shown on the pictures. Well equipped.
The owner was caring, we got a welcoming/goodbye present. We recommend it!

Perfect experiance, the Villa is pretty new and clean accomodation a bit far from city centre but close to beach areas. Big thanks for early check-in possibility!

It was a modern accomodation located in a lovely town, quite close to the seaside. We enjoyed the time we spent there and would highly recommend Villa Astoria in case you would like to spend your holiday in Biograd na Moru.

Clean, almost brand new apartment with “good” location. The beach is only 200-300m away (4-5min of walk). Its good equiped, climatized and spacious. Bathroom was realy big and had some nice shower :)
Kitchen is poorly equiped, no oven only ceramic heater (which takes centuries to cook or heat the water- cause from the pipe water is not cold or hot as it is at home).

Spacious, clean, well-equipped, 5 min walk from the beach, and yet somewhat isolated and quiet. Really nice owners. We had a wonderful stay here.

The apartment studio was very nice, clean.
The property is new and really in excellent conditions.
We liked that the host has also the restaurant in the Biograd center where we had excellent dinner with the discount as a apartment guests.

Perfect location 5 min walk to beach and good restaurants and 15 min walk from city center. Very good place to stay with family. Absolutely recommended. Will come back next year.
