The owner was mean to us trying to get us to leave our room by 12pm. We only came in at 11pm the night before and were very tired so we couldn't leave by 12pm. She turned off the electricity until we were passing out from the heat and were forced to leave
The owners attitude. She has 4 apartments none of which were taken. She could've given us a bit more time

Location and staff were great
Wasn't clean enough, bathroom/toilet didn't look great. Walls were thin, noise and conversation were audible.

The view was amazing! Etty was so kind and easy going, she even lent me a siddur and gave me 2 rolls for my shabbos meal. She was always available with whatever we needed. The room is stunning and really comfortable. There is a hot plate and Shabbos urn which was a really nice bonus. There was cold water in the fridge when we came - which was a lifesaver since it was so hot outside! The porch is really nice with nice furniture to enjoy. The location couldn't be better. It is in the center of town! On Shabbos, it was right next to the shuls and it is in the old city which was beautiful to walk around. During the week, it is on the center street of the city so it is full of stores and action!
it's a drop difficult to find the location to help you find it put in to waze a store across the street called תכשיטי שושנה צמח צפת 70 then a drop before you"l see a small alley with steps gong up with a small sign that says
בית דוד

Very much stairs to walk up no elevator even when you come just your self
And specialty when coming with wife and baby
The description of the place is not clear enough about that
-------
The counter in the apartment was a little dirty and sticky
When I told them that they said it's just the color of the marble
(I didn't know that marble has a color that feel sticky)
------
On top of the closet was full of dust
-------
Under the coaches has not be cleaned before I arrived
Was there stuff from other people

Location in the old city was wonderful. Basic needs for beds and bath were good. Myriam is a responsive, kindhearted host.
Although Myriam sent photos, we could have had an easier time with a more precise instructions of how to find the place. The place was smaller and more cramped than we had imagined from the photos. Washing machine was in the description, but not the room. A/C was erratic.

lots of stairs to walk up

Great value for money. Location is pretty central, nice big comfy rooms, wonderful view (at least from rooms 1-3)... but LOTS of stairs. Perfect if you're in reasonable shape. Friendly and helpful staff.
Besides the stairs, the facility isn't perfect. Staff provided missing kitchen accessories upon request. Hot water issue in one room, power in another, but staff offered solutions so all's well.

Locatio and view.
Better Duvet and warm water to shower

Amazing views, good central location.
Good ac/heat. Good shower. Good Coffee machine.
Owner checked daily for our needs. Use google translate to communicate.
Be aware there are 60+ steep stairs to get to apartment, but this is why you get the view. Plan for the day, to minimize return to room.

I recently stayed at this host's flat and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The bed linen was not clean and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The walls were also damp, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the toilet had an unpleasant odor.
While the location was convenient, the overall condition of the flat was disappointing. I had expected a higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep.
I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant stay. Overall, I would not recommend this flat to others due to the lack of cleanliness.

Location and fantastic overview over valley from terrace next the rooms.
I would suggest having somebody on board who could understand the spoken English. We were lucky traveling with a guide fluent in Hebrew.
I would contact Google on a more precise location for the hotel and for the parking spot especially.

The room was spacious and very modern looking. The bed was big and a nice sitting area with a TV and kitchen table. Great view from the patio, which had outside seating. The staff was very receptive, accommodating, and reached out to us daily.
The property was a little difficult to find. The address said Jerusalem but the property was actually located on an alley off of Jerusalem Street. Reviews mentioned the stairs, but there really are a lot of stairs. It’s at least a flight of stairs up to the property and then there is a double staircase up to the room. This and a landmark needs to be clearly demarcated to people who want to stay with there. this is nitpicking, but it would be nice to have a towel hook or two closer to the shower for bath towels, and a tissue box. paper towels should also be in the kitchen.

Not much.
The building is virtually impossible to find. No address on building or even name of property. Had to ask several local shopkeepers for assistance.
Unit is about 60 steps above street level. Exterior stairs, and no lights.
Heat was off in the unit when we arrived at 6pm - Below 50F on a cold wet February evening. Took hours for the unit to warm up to a comfortable temperature.
No functional Wi-Fi or TV.
A few hairs on the bed sheets.

the view from the hotel
The unattended hotel suites are located some 100 ft + above street level, reachable only through ancient stair cases with no railing....a risky endeavor, especially at night or for a senior citizen. I would not have reserved the 4 rooms had I known how bad accessibility to the facility was. Also it had no lobby or attendant....and when one was found he did not speak English. My recommendation-stay away.

The suite where I stayed was great ... clean, warm with very good facilities. Communication with Ecky was good and so no problems at all there. The only issue was that I got double charged on my credit card due to a mixup over Israeli tax and it took a few days for that issue to get cleared. Other than that, great place to stay
Unfortunately Tzefat is just a very expensive place to stay for one person ... so that's my only issue with Mol Hahr which was otherwise a great place to stay

Location was good, comfortable rooms
Too many steps to reach room
