The two bedroom cottage was clean. Kitchen had supplies. Master bed was comfortable. But the real standout was the beach!

We stayed here for 2 glorious weeks. The location is just a quick walk across the grassy front yard to beautiful Kailua Beach. The property is exactly as depicted in description and photos and had everything we needed to cook light meals. AC in the bedroom was helpful at night. We were fortunate to be able to meet the lovely owner who was in residence while we were there. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved staying at this house. Everything was clean and it is literally right by the beach. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. There is a market nearby if you need anything.

This was a great cottage. Close to the market and other eating places. Just a short walk down the lawn to the beach which has shade trees. The place was very clean and true to the ad had beach equipment and towels. The kitchen was well supplied. The host was always available for questions. Cant wait to go back.

We have been to Kailua many times. Kailua and Lanikai are our favorite places in Hawaii.

Great location! So close to the beach we were out there every morning and evening. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We did need more paper supplies and garbage bags as not much stocked when we arrived.

Misty was very communicative and responsive. There is a charming market just about two blocks away and a good restaurant in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!!

The cottage was in a nice, quiet neghborhood and is just steps from an absolutely beautiful beach. The house was clean and comfortable and nicely stocked with extra linens and plenty of tools and equipment for cooking which was great as we like to enjoy breakfast at home each morning. There was also a gracious supply of pantry items such as salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. A/C in the bedroom made for very comfortable sleeping. But the location....wow! You can actually the ocean from the dining table. Just cross the lovely front yard and you are on an absolutely gorgeous beach which is not overly crowded. Nice little place but a bit outdated. However the location was wonderful. Truly just steps to a wonderful beach with plenty of beach chairs to enjoy the view. Super close to shopping and easy to explore the island from this area.

Beautiful & Peaceful
This cottage is a little piece of quiet paradise. Even when we had a little maintenance problem, Misty was quick to get it taken care of. Tiny slice of heaven.

Truly perfect beach location
This is a great beachfront property and the beach is really really nice (no rocks, plenty of shade, not too crowded). Misty was a great communicator and assisted us with all our questions. We had our toddler with us and thought it was a great kid-friendly space. There is a nice big lawn for kids to run around on and plenty of beach toys for them to play with. We will definitely return!

If you are going to Kailua, this cottage is a perfect location and had everything we needed. The ocean is just a short walk across the property.

Location, location, location!
Property is as shown in the pictures. Cottages and homes are very close together but our experience was a quiet, respectful one with all neighbors. Our one frustration was with the sliding screen doors which didn’t really slide.. so when one fell off that worked better for us ( use the glass door on one side-that does work-and keep screen stationary on the other side). Easy walk to beach, some shopping and a great steakhouse.

We Loved It!!!
My mom, my husband, and I had a great time. Awesome property so close to the beach. Very cozy just like home. Misty was very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. Highly recommended property. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We were here with our two kids and loved the location. Being able to walk to a swim-able beach was ideal for us. Misty was a great communicator and took excellent care of us.
