Basically no parking unless you do valet, which they've overpriced and the attendents just let your car run for however long with doors open, for paying over 300 dollars for one night youd expect everything to at least operate fine, not at the ac hotel, all night power is off and on. Not raining not snowing nothing at all.happening still power on and off all night and into the day until we checked out. I was going to ask somone for some sort of compensation because thats rediculous but the staff wont even give you the time a day. Worst stay ever will not go back and do not recomend

Super nice hotel! Located within walking distance to most places but not close enough that it was noisy.

Paying an additional $40 for valet and the room was super quiet. For someone who needs noise to fall asleep it was difficult. No fan in bathroom or room to keep on.

Clean. Comfortable bed. great water pressure in the shower. asked for an extra blanket and it was delivered in a timely fashion with extra coffee(which I didn't ask for but appreciated it.

They sold us a room with harbor view. The view is an old warehouse a mountain of sand and a couple of cranes We paid six hundred dollars a night and they only clean the rooms every 3 days The shower has very low pressure, the pillows are uncomfortable

Location was great! Could walk everywhere. All the staff I encountered were so nice and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable esp the bed. The shower/bathroom was slightly worn in places but still very nice. Loved the rooftop bar!!

I always wish there is a pool or hot tub but we didn’t have time to use it anyway!

False advertisement pertaining to my room I booked through booking. They don’t have the same things specified in the photos. I was upset about that. My room only got cleaned one time and I stayed for three night. They charged us extra for bringing leftovers from the breakfast at check. They never said we couldn’t bring leftovers to our room.
